Total Environmental Solutions

I had a problem with my water meter, it went crazy and showed an increase of 35,000 gallons. I've been trying to sort out the issue with Total Environmental Solutions Inc., but they keep insisting that I haven't paid my bill and have charged me three times for the same months. They've been really rude about it. I'm good with numbers and keeping records, so I know something's not right.

We at Lake Royale, Louisburg, NC have lots of water problems. I personally reached out to many government officials before and got things done. The Lake Royale homeowners often have no water or need to boil it. It's too much! When I contact Team, they're super rude and don't do anything. They don't listen or care. I don't know where to go, so I complained to the BBC. Maybe it'll hurt their business and make them pay attention. They should be shut down, fined, and never allowed to do business again. Once again, we have no water, and this is the fourth time in two weeks.

I been tryin' to get water service since May 7th. There be an account in the previous property owner's name, so I wanted to get it switched over to my name as well as get our water access since it takes "up to 90 business days." My application was never processed and now I am told there is a waitlist. This be a problem 'cause we sellin' our current home and movin' into our new home which should be done in 3 months. My application was sent to K. *** on 5/7. I followed up 10/12 and never got a response. I had a baby in November but I called back again in December, only to be told by R. *** that K. *** left the company and never processed my app. I sent her the app on 12/3. I emailed her 3 times to confirm that she set up my account, and I didn't get a response from her either. I then called back on 2/22/22 and was told by H. *** that my app won't be processed and there is now a waitlist. This be completely unacceptable. The account wasn't even in my name yet. H. *** told me she would at least put the account in my name and get us on the waitlist but that there is no estimated time frame. How is it possible after talkin' to two employees that my name wasn't on the account? I did confirm that H. *** received my application. I understand there is now a waitlist but I am simply askin' to be placed at the top of the waitlist, as I applied on May 7th and it ain't my fault that two of their employees decided to not process my application. This be unacceptable and is gonna affect my life financially if we cannot move into our house when it's done 'cause we don't have water. Again, we started this process nearly one year ago and I should have had water months ago! I have reached out to TESI multiple times in the past 2 weeks and have still not received a call back. I would like a manager to call me and resolve this issue, by either givin' us access to water or puttin' us at the top of the waitlist, where we belong.
