Went on website for quote and called "customer service" to confirm. Customer Service is an oxymoron. After 2 1/2 hours of being transferred SEVEN times for a simple reason to discuss new service, the final quote was higher than online. To add insult to injury, I was not offered new customer intro rate! And, set-up fee to be charged was $138. Based on my experience trying to get information about the company and service, I cannot trust this company. Clearly, it has expanded and absorbed too many competitors so that it does not feel the need to offer respectful customer service. Better to continue to search for company that values its customers. I wish that I could recover my 2 1/2 hours of wasted time and especially aggravation. I hope that some one in the corporate office reads this so that they can schedule TEN meetings to discuss and spend TEN times my wasted 2 1/2 hours...
Recommendation: If you value your time and self-respect, look for alternative service providers.
