Following is an ongoing problem with a protection plan I purchased for a fan from Sapulpa, Oklahoma Walmart. Attachments included. I believe this has gone on long enough!

Tried to file an on line claim on 7/20/22, as did not know I could have returned it to the store, the online claim said to enter my email address which I did and it would send me a msg to setup an acct. I never received the msg. I did an online chat the 19th and 20th with Walmart customer service and was told I didn’t purchase this item, I had put the papers back in my file and found them again and on 10/25/22 I sent warranty support a msg I received a rtn msg from Jonathan that said he couldn’t find my protection plan and to send him copies of the receipt, a copy of the protection plan and a time for them to contact me. I sent all this information on 10/30/22 and never received anything from them. I then again filed the paperwork and just found it cleaning out 2022 papers.
I would like to get this resolved with a refund for the purchase price of $27.97 and the $3.00 warranty for a total of $30.97.
