Walmart Sold me a demo watch refusing to accept my return

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING APPLE FROM WALMART AT REDMOND AND IF U DO OPEN THE STUFF BEFORE PAYING FOR IT. MY SISTER WENT TO GET ME AN APPLE WATCH THAT MY HUSBAND SENT HER TO GET ME FOR MOTHERS DAY SINCE HE IS OUT OF TOWN RIGHT NOW WORKING. SHE GOT THE SERIES 8. I OPEN IT AND ITS A SERIES 6 DEMO WATCH! No wonder it wouldn’t charge nor work and looked weird it’s a display watch😡😡😡😡 DENIED ME RETURNING IT SAYING IT WAS WRAPPED WHEN PURCHASED THERE IS A PICTURE TAKEN AT WALMART COUNTERTOP BEFORE PURCHASING WATCH IT WAS UNWRAPPED. Apple sends their products wrapped up this means someone working at Walmart had to unwrap it and commit a felony and place a Walmart label on the box! Saying the watch didn’t have a barcode if there was not a barcode how did they scan it🤨🤔 how come the serial number on the apple box and my receipt match and nothing is being done about it!

Walmart Great Value sausage and pepperoini/ Pepperoni pizza snack rolls

the product is good tasting and all. My complaint is why is there not and Air fryer heating instructions on the bags? You have heating instructions for Microwave and oven cooking times and temps but no air fryer but no time and temps for the air fryer? was wondering why because the brand name pizza rolls do. you should let someone know who ever prints the bags for the above product Iam writing about.

Walmart Klenix Puffs

My wife put in an order on line with Walmart on 4/30/2023 for spray and wash and puffs Klinex 2 box of three. She got the spray and wash but hasn't gotten the Puffs. She called customer service many times with no avail. She gets emails saying it's delayed and will be out on such and such a date, but never shows. This is totally ridiculous. This is gone much to long and she has gotten no satisfaction from Walmart. Now she want's a refund for the Klinex since she's not getting it. If need be, I will report this to the B.B. and let them handle this.

Walmart Smart style salon

I took off early from work i was sick. Ii was overcharged for a trim. I was there about noon to 1 at smartstyle to get a hair cut. The length was just pass my shoulders n I saw online 15.50 to 18.95 n the women charged me 25$. N did not asked me if I wanted a receipt. Which I did not get. I paid cash n gave her 28$. I should have researched online. I didn’t want a wash so I didn’t need a blow dry

My hair is very thin n I cut it myself but the back was uneven. She was brown nosing me saying I am giving u a professional haircut. I have no hair I’m 64 years old. It’s very thin. I want a 10$ refund. She is a con artist. On 5/17/23. How many more people did she pocket their money

Walmart Damaged item and disrespectful employees

I ordered a pink stand fan and I was issued a damaged/previously wet fan and instead of someone trying to help me or understand my problem I was just told to return it I was also accused of trying to get a reward or credit from the company by a manager Irvine at your customer service center when I just called for help I am disgusted in the way walmart employees treated me and the way they talked to me when I've done nothing wrong

Walmart Awful checkout experience

Brutal security or I don' even know who or what his title was as he was not even wearing a walmart vest nor name tag. I had had stuff from other stores that I was walking around with my wagon. For the most part I have never had an issue until today. My bag of soil wouldn' scan so the workers called some guy (not the manager) to come fix it, instead he choose to say that the items that I had packed nicely (I have ocd) in a canadiantire bin, and dollartree bag plus a winners bag and pulled every last piece of item and threw it onto the checkout beside mine very carelessly tell me the item in my wagon (I entered through the garden center) was not correct and he had to go through it and scan every item... As im telling him I bought that from this store, thats from this store he pulls out a bunch of individual nutella and cracker items which I had purchased from the dollartree before we hit walmart last in unicity. He scanned one and said "these are from walmart, youre a theif" as im like uh no buddy I f* bought those at the dollar tree because you carge lke 3 $ here and only 1$ there, and my child loves them. Not to mention they were packed nicely at the bottom of my bag inside a canadian tire bin.. He refused to give all 10 back to me because I never got the receipt printed because its the dollar tree, I see no point. To then threatening to call the cops on me because I was telling him whats your problem, youre making this into a massive deal and I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks plus some.. My friend was also with me and she corroborated the facts about them not being from walmart and he decided to get in the middle of our conversation and say that I am to stop swearing and talking to my friend as I was annoyed obviously. Telling me to shut my mouth and that he will call the cops and refuse to serve me and I cut him off saying oh [censored] no I will neverbe shopping here ever again in to which he responded yeah caused youre not allowed to shop here asnymore...

(let me just repoint out the he was not a manager, didnt look like security, looked like some random rude east indian 20 some year old who wanted to wear his big boy pants for the first time and literally made a huge scene in front of the whole checkout aisles and to top it off walked away as I said if you pull out all my [censored] you can organize it and put it all back to which then he snarled and said some rude comment but I cant recall exactly..

This unicity walmart is the worst location I have ever felt so embarrassed, and that has ever gas lighted me to where I got firm with him because I did not steal those from walmart. I will be going bacck to 1. Bring in more nutella packs and check to see if it shows theyre from walmart even tough the receipt is not from walmart, I will be calling head office, take a look at your cameras bud I was never even down the aisles of food and I also was going to write this review as a warning to dont waste your time shopping here.

Desired outcome: to have learned some proper customer service problem solving issues without makinig the entire store aware of it and making a huge scene over something i didnt understand nor was i never shown any proof. of his claim's.

Walmart Moneycard

Fifth time I have reached out here to complain about Walmart Money Card/Green Dot. Nov 17,2022 Walmart/Green Dot stole $116.00 from my SSI/SSA. I immediately called GreenDot and complained about this. They told me that my roommate card had $116.00 overdrawn due to unauthorized charges & needed to investigate it and would here back in 45 days! I only use his card as I was a victim of identity theft/ freud & needed a acct for my depisit only! I told them they cant do that against the law! I kept calling trying to get my $ and always got people who dont speak english & said they couldnhelp! I even wrote letters to Walmart main office, Green Dot office, wrote ssa with my receipts & lady called and toldme they have to give me my money. I tried calling Walmart again, only to get girls who dont speak englush well she was getting frustrated & git her supervisor. Well, she was extremely rude, & informed me it was put back dec17,2022. Well i never was notified nor was my roommate as it was his card & told her I wanted my $ and to mail it. She wouldnt! This has been going on now for months now! This card was in my roommates name & he is responsible for his card! I am 67 on very low fixed income and need that & for food. The high cost of rent, food, my phone, bills & household goods, i barely have enough for food! I have incurred 2 anxiety attacks now & do have to pay for my prescriptions! Looks like I am going to move soon & really need my $$$. Upsets me so how many people scam the elderly now! That is so wrong and sinful! Mothers Day is this wknd. Praying the good lord will have my money! That would make my Mothers Day happy!

Walmart Charged twice

On April 27th2023 I was charged twice for a order my order was completed at 1pm around 7pm that day another 113.00 dollars came off my card from Walmart this has happened before I do believe someone is stealing and scamming from this company I have been fighting to get my own money back they try to clean it up with it's a authorization hold it's not a authorization hold Walmart isn't gonna give nobody nothing or delivery a order over 120.00 dollars unless you pay for it I have also went to the courthouse and got paperwork to file a small claims because I read over 20 customers have also had money taken this month the same way it's thrift and I shouldn't have to take time out my busy day to do any of this

Walmart Customer service photo dept

I went in Walmart store Anderson rd Greenville SC to get a copy of photo in my tablet I never tried this before. I ask for assistance to do it the lady said she had to finish set she was on ok well their was another lady other side of counter the cars got right up an week her if she needed help n walked away with her. I am very stunned at that Very I needed that photo bad sat week my purse was stolen n I was trying to get all my identification prof together to regroup all my bank cards n such I just had a walk away I've been in customer service 40 or more years don't believe that's the way you roll in business thank u for providing a place to know how things go! Walmart Automotive

I bought a set of Federal Couragia tires last February from Walmart.Com and my local Walmart installed them once they arrived there. I went in for an oil change on Sunday 4/30/23 and a few hours after leaving my car started making a odd noise. I went back Monday 5/1/23 to see if it was a tire issue and they told me the tread was under 2 so they could not even check these tires I purchased through them. I left and went to a tire shop and found out all tire treads are low as they stated but one of the tires had a broken belt. So that company replaced the one tire and I left only to find out that did not fix the issue. Went back they balanced all tires, which was no help, so we decided to take it to a mechanic. Come to find out it looks like when they changed by oil on Sunday, they must have taken off the heat guards or whatever is around the oil filter and then proceeded to zip tie them back on! This is what was causing the odd noise coming from my tire. So I am now out almost 400 dollars from obviously a set of bad tires bought from walmart.com and poor maintenance from an oil change! What can you do to help this matter as this is made me decide to NEVER use Walmart automotive department ever again! Will send any invoices you may need or pics to back up this complaint. Desired outcome: Reimbursement from there wrong doing and warranty to replace my tires as they are only 14 months old with less than 30,000 miles on this set of tires.

Walmart Food delivery.

Ordered food delivery :4/22/23 from Burbank, ca super center. I never received the order! I called Customer service 4 times, attempted to call the store twice, there was no answer after several rings on both calls. Customer service told me, 3rd call, the order could be delivered the next morning by 10 so. By 11, I cancelled. No communication ever from the store. Just told there was delay. Then, after I cancelled, I received an email message: your pick up order is ready. Really? They even put the night it originally should have been delivered. UNEXCEPTABLE! Obviously Walmart is so big you don’t care about your paying customers/ members.

Desired outcome: Apology for wasting my time. I was encouraged by the first CS agent to cancel and reorder…why would I waste my time and effort if ya’ll don’t deliver it?

Walmart American Indian

Walmart and other markets are violating the US Constitution. Article 1 Section 2 Clause 3 clearly says Indians not taxed. Each store in America tax the Indians or people who the US called Black in 1971. This fraud was created under the Doctrine of Discovery which is no longer relevant. Now it is time the stores honor the US Constitution or stay in court. The American Indians are the oldest people here and are the owners of this land. We are the Kings and the Queens of this land and you shall honor us or leave.

Desired outcome: Stop taxing us and paying the US to use our land. All land belongs to the American Indians.

I just looked this up OP. looks like your out of luck here. from what the bureuo of indian affiars says on their website [quoted for accuracy] "Yes. They pay the same taxes as other citizens with the following exceptions: Federal income taxes are not levied on income from trust lands held for them by the U.S. State income taxes are not paid on income earned on a federal Indian reservation."

this means you DO pay sales tax but not income taxes. if you would like to check my research go to https://www.bia.gov/frequently-asked-questions#:~:text=Natives%20pay%20taxes%3F-,Yes.,on%20a%20federal%20Indian%20reservation.

Nearly all email responses I received from this totally shameful Walmart.ca were the following copy & paste template, most by this "Paul" who seems to be nothing more than a total incompetent & uncaring lier representing this even more incompetent Walmart.ca

Walmart Membership for grocery delivery

I have been trying to order groceries for my family of 6 since Sunday around noon and every time we place our order the entire order gets cancelled immediately. It is a large order almost $ 250 so we have almost $ 2,000 now tied up between our two cards. Mind you we pay $ 100 for our membership each year and right now we are extremely upset. We order from this same account using the same card every week and have never had this problem. I have wasted probably ten hours of my week dealing with this and still have no groceries. I have also talked with four different employees who have told me that it is a mistake on Walmart's end and to give it a few hours and try to order again and they promise that it will go through then. I have asked to speak with a supervisor and was told that they are busy helping other customers and I feel like this is a huge problem because literally thousands of dollars are now being tied up due to us being told to try again just for the entire order to be cancelled again. The account is under my husband's name William Sellers and I would love and hope that somewhere in this big corporate store there is maybe on employee that will see this and be able to address this issue for us finally please. Thank you!

Desired outcome: I would like a response from upper management please and I would like our grocery order to be delivered and all of our money that is tied up to be returned please.

Walmart Walmart ATT reuse prepaid card

5pm April 24th I walk into a very busy Walmart. all I need is to add money to my prepaid Walmart account for ATT... I ask 3 different associates and they tell me to go to the customer service desk. I am greeted by Walmart associate Patti. she says she does not know how to do the prepaid AT&t card. but instead of finding somebody who does know how to do it she continue to put it into the computer and as she was doing it on my side I scanned my card and it said approved. and then she says that it was denied she showed me the receipt but of course with my cash have automatically it came up on my phone that I was charged $58 at Walmart. I showed her and of course there's no disputing that because the money was taking out of my cash card. so I decide to contact ATT about the prepaid card and see if it was on there but it did not go on the card. so then I'm looking for Patty and she has disappeared I wait for about possibly 5 minutes when she comes back. she has somebody named Kyle another Walmart associate put in their code which they fail twice and when the drawer finally opens there is no cash in it. she goes and gets a cash register and gives my refund back. but the problem is I take the bus here and I travel quite a long ways and I work all day long just to come to Walmart to get money on my AT&t card so that I can re-up my service. and Walmart is the only place to do this. she does not bother trying to find anybody who does know how to do it. she just tells me that oh well you said somebody in electronics knows how but I've been told three different times by three different associates that I can only re-up the card at the customer service desk. so it looks like she's going to help me out she calls you electronics and I go to sit down while I'm waiting and she has walked past me three different times and has said nothing. very disrespectful very unprofessional I shop at this Walmart all the time and this makes me never ever want to come back here again or shop at any other Walmart for that matter. this is my complaint and I've submitting this on April 24th at 5:13 p.m. thank you and I appreciate hearing me out and taking my complaint seriously.

Desired outcome: I want Walmart to pay for the amount of money I was going to put on my prepaid re-up AT&t card that would be $55.

Walmart Walmart+

So, Walmart+ is messing the Spark driver's over. Customers pay 12.95 a month for free delivery, and whatever else, but then that means the Spark driver still has to deliver the products to the consumer for what, 4$ a run. Then, on top of that, they are unable to give a tip to the Spark driver because the option isn't available . Your Spark drivers aren't gonna want to deliver groceries for 4$ and no tip. With the price of fuel and everything else going up. Wow.

Desired outcome: Pay your drivers more. They are not Wal-Mart employees. They don't get 15$ an hour.

Walmart Motorized carts

I take my sister shopping every Saturday, she has multiple health problems which requires her to use the motorized carts. The Walmart I shop has MAYBE 4 working carts there are broken down carts at each entrance. Most of the time they are not charged, if you can even find one. You know there are ALOT of handicap people who shop the store and could be the only day someone is available to take them on errands, these people deserve to get out of the house once in awhile too, I really believe that Walmart can afford to have a few more carts available and in working order. If we happen to go to other groceries stores they always seem to have plenty, check out cub or target. You are losing business by not providing a safe place to shop for the handicap.

This Walmart happens to be in Maple Grove!

Also, where are they going to store all these extra carts? IT is not about money, but about space. I have not seen any store, Walmart or Target with more than 3 motorized carts.

Well, be glad that they have four working carts. Most Walmarts do not have four carts let alone four working carts. Depending on the size and location they may have two or three. Do you want more motorized carts? Where are they going to put them? They are not going to lose business since the majority of their customers are able-bodied. I have not seen more than 2 or three motorized carts at Target or any other store either. Some stores do not even provide them.

53rd Ave East Braden River, FL. 34203. TC F581F3664372206AB, terminal [protected]. It was a self-checkout. I rang one item in twice.

ON 4/19/2023 AT 20:10 I went thru self-checkout and rang in item in twice I waited for assistance as 4 employees were busy talking and giggling. One of them finally assisted me after I yelled excuse me, she was not pleasant. She told me to go to customer service. I went to customer service, which was closed. An associate was pleasant and helpful and called a manager to help me. A manager came, I showed him the double ring and without a word started opening my bags. I asked him what he was doing and he said, checking your bags to see if you only had one. Now I felt like a thief. Another manager came up and says who are the problem. Now I am a problem. In one visit I was
