I placed the order online and it went thru then I get a cancellation email saying they didn't receive the $159.71 that the billed my card. The problem is that Walmart doesn't see any history of this transaction and by the time I was able to prove it to them the state of California reissued New EBT Cards With Chips on them. Because it's a different card number they don't know how to do the refund and I've called over and over with no luck.Everytime I'm told that there is nothing I can do about it that I'm just out the money that Walmart took.
Claimed loss: $159.71 plus my time and effort trying to get my money back.
Desired outcome: Reimbursement for Amount Charged plus MyTime and Trouble Having to call numerous times, sitting on hold and being told there is no solution and no way to refund the money Walmart took off my EBT Card.
