I have been a Spark Community member for a few years now.
I do the activities weekly and usually have no issues. Lately that has all changed.
I needed some items and noticed my accumulated "REWARDS" (?) have a total well over 2,000 points.
I would like Walmart to understand "REWARDS" ARE NOT REWARDS IF THE PERSON WHO EARNED THEM IS UNABLE TO GET THEM. AGREED?
I wanted to cash them in for E gift cards. There in lies the issue. Walmart Spark does not offer $20 cards. They offer $5.00 and $25.00.
To side step that I submitted a request for four $5.00 cards. (Still $ 20.00 in my book).
At this point I clearly understand the poor reputation Walmart employees have. You see, whoever does the E Cards, subtracted the 500 points per ECard total 2,000 "REWARDS". That is very clear in my account for four individual cards. They emailed me two and claim they sent the other two that never came. Twice I emailed the Customer Service clearly explaining the issue. I asked them to check the email address they sent the two cards that haven't arrived.
Attempting to check an email appears to be a daunting task at Walmart Spark.
Upon sending the two complaints by email I did get the obligatory "We have your complaint and are looking into it" email expressing their sorrow I am experiencing a problem. That email also includes a fairy tale regarding some corporate data problems.
They promised to get back to me two weeks ago and that is the last I heard anything. Below is a response for my email of June 12. 2026. I'm curious when that "GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE" they refer to kicks in?

Recommendation: I would suggest being cautious when attempting to get your "REWARDS. Keep in mind they aren't "REWARDS" if you can't get them.
