Walmart advertises and accepts payment for items they are unable to supply. On the last few items I have ordered from them, they have given me a delivery date. A day or two after the delivery date, on tracking the item, it says "delivery delayed". A week later "Delivery Delayed". The items were sitting in a local warehouse for three days. I finally receive a text message saying, "Congratulations. Your order has been canceled." After three and a half of "Delivery Delayed" "Congrtulations"?
