Very disappointed in the Electonics area this morning, went in to get me a phone we were too early, Hispanic lady told us they didn't come in until 11am, so we came back at 11am and the person that takes care of the phones was running late, another elderly lady was complaining how workers don't like working anymore and that employees are always late and companies don't care because you can't find good workers and they deal with employees being late to work.
What is so upsetting is when the employee did finally come in, she helped the elderly lady that was complaining first and that was fine since she was their waiting as well, but when that employee helped her and came around next to us, she told us that we don't know her situation as to why she was late so rude, ok true we don't know what her situation was, but that is NOT good customer service, regardless what your situation was, we were waiting to get a phone and you didn't know what my situation was as well! I am the customer and you're an employee supposed to have good customer service regardless of what your situation, plus she didn't want to help us and kept helping other people first when we were waiting to be helped next!
at this point we left, and I figured I will just write this review, so others are aware of employees at this Walmart with bad attitude in the Electronics dept.
You know who you are!
Will go elsewhere for my phone!
