Incident Oct 19th 8:50 pm Ancaster location. Presented status card, two employees arguing about breaks. Start talking in their own language. Transaction concludes, tax was not adjusted. Cashier said not all the tax came off. I requested to see the store copy that the card number is recorded. He didn't have one. With status purchases there is always a copy to record the card # I proceeded to customer service where the gentleman in front of me had the same issue but was at a different cashier. Total lack of training or supervision
Desired outcome: I would like to see staff properly trained, and when dealing with customers not alienate customers speaking in their own language. If their english is good enough to hold a job in Canada use it
