Walmart bought what I thought was a 7 piece outdoor dining set

Called Wal-Mart (Crawfordville, FL) to ask where my table was, I had received the chairs. I was told by the person I spoke with there was nothing they could do. I reached out the the company that makes the furniture (courtyard creations). They were much nicer & apologized for any inconvenience but said it seemed to be false advertising on Walmart's part.

I'm disabled & do most of my shopping on-line. I literally spend thousands of dollars at Walmart. But this has had me so upset I'm thinking that's gonna stop.

Walmart maple nut goodies candy

Quite a while back I purchased Maple nut goodies from what I believe was the same store I purchased them from this time only to find that they were stale and hard. Though the expiration date had not yet come, they were not good. I wrote a complaint on your site and was sent a coupon for another free product and a nice letter of apology. It has been several months and I finally used the coupon today. I used it at a Walmart store in Roanoke Virginia and purchased the same candies. To my shock and disappointment I experienced the same thing. The candy is stale and hard. I'm not sure what has happened or if the product is being changed but I'm very disappointed as this is a candy I've eaten since I was a child and my grandmother first introduced it to me. I am now going to have to throw this bag away as I did the first one since it is just not edible. I just thought I would let your company know of the lack of freshness of this product.

Typical crappy non-helpful action by a major retailer! Are they all corrupt now? From many recent experiences I'd say yes, yes they are. Even Hobby Lobby, the so-called Christian-based retailer. I have had two recent bad experiences. What is wrong with everyone?

Walmart better homes & gardens solar bird bath

My mother purchased a better homes & gardens solar bird bath from walmart here in town.
I was extremely disappointed in the fact the top only "sat" on the stand. It was not attached or
Supported well in anyway.
Following is the email I sent walmart:

June 11, 2018

I have no idea if i'm in the right spot or not - but here it goes! My mother purchased a better homes & garden solar bird bath with stand for me and my sisters as a special mother's day present. (bh18-[protected] hummingbird floral)
This was beautiful and a special gift. My husband dug it in the ground so it was level and the stand solid in the ground. After the first rain, it fell over - and the glass birdbath broke.
The birdbath was not attached to the stand or anything. It was a very poor design - it just sat on some plastic pads. It was beautiful, but totally impractical!
It was purchased at the walmart store here in carroll, ia. I have checked, and they no longer carry this item.
Is there anyway of obtaining a "replacement top"? What would it cost?
I'm not even sure I "want one" due to the poor design, and fear it will only happen again - but it meant so much to me coming from my 96 year old mom - she was pretty excited over her purchase, and thought it would be special if she and my two sisters all had one. Maybe we can figure out some way to attach it better, or rig up a better stand.
Can you please help me with this item, or let me know who to contact? I would really appreciate any help you can provide for me.

Walmart walmart.com customer service

ordered a case of Crave canned beef pate dog food... picked up order in Osage Beach with one can in box...order sent back and replacement order was made at "in store pick up" ... received another notice to pick up my order that i had already paid $22.68 the first time ...picked up order and again...only one can in the box ...store personnel was extremely helpful and nice...when i contacted customer service, , i was informed the only thing Walmart could do was refund my money ... pardon me for not thanking you for doing the very least and what is legally required of Walmart ...two trips to Walmart and 15 days of Walmart holding my money ... and i do not get as much as an apology for my time and effort ... a failure of Walmart to live up to the name they wish to portray ...

Walmart black and decker drill driver bdcde120c

I bought a drill driver in july/2017 at east syracuse (ny), and it no longer works. Went to the store's customer service, but they didn't exchange it, due to a 90-day policy. Instead, they referred me to the black and decker costumer service, who, after I called, said the product was out of warranty, because it was too old. I went back top walmart's costumer service to ask for a copy of the receipt, since I purchased the merchandise less than a year ago. They did not give me a copy of my receipt, and said that the problem was all mine and they couldn't do anything about it. Both managers and employees at the costumer services at the store were less than helpful and show no interest in helping me at all. It turns out I bought an equipment that was already out of warranty./ walmart doesn't exchange it, doesn't return my money and neither does black and decker. I really want that situation to be solved.

Walmart greeter/shoplift accuser

I just want you to know we spend $250 a week at Walmart. Every time we shop the greeter/shop lift accuser stops us even though he/she watches us check out and asks to see our receipt. Five other people walk by and they stop us EVERY time we go. I retired after 30 years in a law enforcement career and it's very degrading to be made to feel like you're a thief when you spend this much money and NEVER think about stealing anything. We shop at other places and are never questioned so I think it's time we stop being customers of Walmart unless this ridiculous situation changes. This happens at the Marion, NC Walmart and the associates are very demeaning. If you're this worried about loss prevention maybe it's time to reevaluate your protocols. If this continues I WILL take my business elsewhere.

Walmart ordered online. your distribution center delivered my package to wrong address

WalMart.com 9193- Greenfield 6719 W. 350 N. Greenfield, Indiana 46140. This is where the package came from. On the delivery label they had my address listed as 4171 W, Sierra Dr. Trlr 6 Bloomington, Indiana . My address is same, except it is Trlr 60. The fedex took the package to Trlr 6, which is a vacant lot. So the delivery guy puts the package to Trlr 5 in which I found out that no one was home, so he just left it at that home. The package was given back to FedEx and FedEx after looking for it, called my Wife and told her that they had the package and wanted to know if she wanted the package or if she wanted it shipped back. What ! So, we went and got it. We are happy with the product, just not the way Walmart handled the Labeling on the package. We are also unhappy with FedEx for the way they handed my order to someone else and thinking that was ok to do. To some people 53.00 may not seem like a lot of money, but when you are on a fixed income, IT'S ALOT ! Makes me not wanting to order anything online again. Very Disappointed !
The reason ( category ) I put Bad Business Partners is because that exactly what it is. Someone screwed up and needs to be taken care of, so it wont happen again. Yeah Right !

Walmart meat department selling garbage in tube of burger

I cannot give a date nor do I have a receipt because I did not find the bad product until it was almost gone. I bought a 10 pound tube of 73% burger at the Clinton Iowa store on or about May 27, 2018, and in the bottom end of the tube was about a half pound or more of unground fat. Totally inedible. I contacted the store via messenger and then was given an email address of the complaint department. I have not received any response from any WalMart employee since.

Walmart vizo 43 d series

I have bought two vizo tv from walmart the first one stop working after a week. Without a box walmart wouldnt take the tv back. I
So I had to buy another one. The picture tube in this tv has gone out. Its been past the 30 day trail for electronics so walmart will not return the tv. I couldnt get an extended warranty because the rep did not speak english and was moving extremely fast with my transaction. I am overly frustrated because now i have another tv that does not work.

I purchased this set about 49 days ago and just now taking the tags off when I noticed no pillows. This set was suppose to come with 2 sofa pillows and they did not. I purchased the blue set at Walmart in Eastgate Ohio. Please send the cushions to Lorrie Culp

Walmart racist to my 11 year old.

I will start this letter off saying I am not happy with my daughter has done, nore do I approve of what she did

However my daughter and I went shopping. My daughter wanted to look at the toys. After we met up again my eleven year old daughter was arrested for shoplifting aswe left the stor. I thought they were just arresting her because she was black. However she was actually shoplifting.

However here is where the unfair treatment is. If my daughter had been white they would never have suspected her. She would have gotton away with it.

The security had the nerve to tell me that they have been watching her for a few weeks because she was acting suspicious. I guess all blacks are suspicious in their eyes.

They lied to me and said that my daughter was trying to steal before. My daughter admitted this, however if my daughter had been white they would never have caught her in the first place because they would never suspect she would steal.

I have punished my daughter for this. However the fact that she is black is the major reason she was arrested. They would not have even looked at her if she was white.

She stole Barbie dolls and Polly Pockets for your information.

Walmart two of the same wardrobe closets

This is just one of the two same products that I wanted to return to Humour Phantoms Inc. I emailed a request for the return of two of the same products. See pic.

This is what customer service emailed me.
"Dear customer, Really sorry about that. If you want to return it, you are expected to pay the shipping fee, and it is very troublesome. How about we refund $3 as compensation and you keep the item to save your time and money, is it OK? You can resell it to others after refund or send it to your friend as a gift. We are really happy to serve you. And don't worry about the after-sale service, you can contact us at any time for any issue. Maybe we are not the best, but we are trying our best to offer you the best service. If you think the solution is not good enough, please let us know. Waiting for your reply and Have a nice day. Best regards, Customer Service" and my response "This is not a satisfactory answer. I will contact Walmart to see if they will not support your company products on their website. These were purchased in good faith and going to a home with a medically fragile baby. I ordered it thinking if it is on the Walmart website that it will be returnable with no problem. I want to return both of these items. I will pay the shipping cost. That is not troublesome for me. I expect a full return on these two purchased items. Waiting for your reply. A Walmart Customer and a customer of yours. DP"

Why does Walmart keep this seller active? With a long history of complaints Walmart must know this seller is a fraud. I just got burnt by this company through Walmart on line. I am only going to buy from eBay. They do things right for buyer and seller. Live and learn.

Walmart online ordering

I live in rural Idaho a few hundred miles from the nearest Walmart. I order from Walmart online so it can be delivered to my door by Fed Ex or UPS. My mailbox is miles from my house and USPS does NOT deliver to my door since I'm rural. I have a very large mailbox but even so you can only fit only certain size boxes in a mailbox. I have called Walmart multiple times and they said they have it on file to not ship USPS but yet it still happens. I don't get to town and when I do it's never during the short hours that my local post office is open. This is just ridiculous! I can't depend on Walmart so I guess I'll just start using Amazon. I order hundreds of $$$ from Walmart every month and it's just not worth it if I'm not going to get half my stuff.

Walmart money card

Walmart has rip me off, i recently purchase a money card that i can't be able to buy or use it. Walmart has the right to be able to refund our money back. I don't understand why they have the right to take peoples money and we're not able to replace or give us some kind notice. Well they should not just locked my card. What they think they have the right to take advantage of people who work hard for there money. Walmart your system has to do something about money card, so what is the purpose of selling the card at Walmart if there no use except do fraud with our very on money.

ok I purchased a walamrt money card and have 171.00 text me everyday telling me my amount herwe they are taking 5.00off and icant tqake 1.00...I cant spendit in online or for nothing something got tobe done

Walmart extended warranty / 30 inch fan

I called to make a claim on a floor 30" fan. I purchased a 2 year extended warranty. The insisted that my extended warranty had expired. They continued to explain how their Warranty and the manufacturers warranty started when I purchased the product. So during the first year Wal-Mart's Warranty enhanced the manufacturers warranty. I was told when I bought the warranty it wouldn't start until after the manufacturers warranty expired after a year.

Walmart pharmacy dept

Im 67 years old and struggle with Fibromyalgia a severe pain disorder that affects the central nervous system. I seek medical help from a rheumatologist and they prescribe what they feel is necessary to assist me to lead a regular life, as best as possible. I dropped off a script for Pain Medication, Hydrocodone on Sunday before Memorial Day. They told me that they would need to verify with the dr on Tuesday due to the holiday. On Wednesday I called them to check on the script. They told me that my doctors office was closed and they would try them again. I called my doctor, they were open on Tuesday and that Walmart may have called at their lunch hour but did not leave a message. I called back Walmart pharmacy and they would try my doctor again. That afternoon I got a call from Walmart stating that they would not fill it. That the pharmacist did not feel comfortable with the prescription. My husband went to pick up the script and he was told they did not have it. I just called them and they do have it. After so much aggravation and un-professionalism plus no help for this horrid pain that I'm in! This is not a drug that I'm addicted to, I'm dependent on it and it is never abused.

Walmart greendot card

i called a card in lost.than i found it.i think they reissued me a card that i never recieved.so in saying that i'm having a problem getting in contact with someone to get my moneycard unblocked.it is very hard to get intouch with a live customer service rep.so if someone can help me to recieve my money that i have on that card.walmart is not helping me nor is greendot any help.i've even sent my picture to thier website

Walmart walmart store in my area will not let me use it

I have been using the dashboard savings for some time now... I have always used the e-mail copy until yesterday. I was told that they no longer use the paper copy. I would have to purchase a plastic gift card and then transfer my savings to that card. Why should I purchase a card for a $2.00 savings. I can go to target use my red card and save 5%. Walmart missing part

Purchased a 46 " White Faux Wood blind on 5/28 at the Turnersville, NJ store(receipt # 194441796171347927176)
one of the boxes was taped shut...associate said all the parts were in tact.. the box was taped because it came in opened. When I got home the pole you turn to open and close the shutters on the blind was missing.

The blinds are up and screwed into the wall. Did not notice the part was missing.Called the store associate said the return it...they do not have another in stock. Can you please send a replacement part for the missing pole?

Walmart bankston table from walmart #[protected]

recently purchased this table thru Walmart along with 4 chairs- needless to say the table was received yesterday. This table SHOULD HAVE NEVER left your warehouse in the first place, it was totally trashed. This item was gauged, cracked, stain missing scratched, total garbage. Reported to Walmart they refunded my money $116.51 cents, mind you there was never a packing slip attached to return this item. I am having Walmart send me a return packing slip to have this item picked up, mind you i now have to wait 10 days for the slip. I wanted this package picked up last night right after delivery. Of course without a ret packing slip they would not.
I just want Better homes and garden to know that under NO circumstances should this item have ever left the warehouse. Grant it the table value is not a lot of money, its more than that, its the value, the time and effort wasted, the item was totally destroyed to begin with and you have the nerve to send this to a customer. That speaks volumns to me, that a valued customer means nothing! Therefore you have shown me my value, in return I Will Never purchase another item from Walmart or Better homes and Gardens again. I also intend to close out my Walmart acct once you have your trash picked up and discarded as it should have been in the first place.
