Walmart review: poor service pharmacy

My husband, suffering pain after melanoma surgery, dropped off a paper prescription @ 10:00 AM this morning. He was told they would call when it was ready. No call after three hours. He called and was told the computer was down. (No call) At 5:30 PM I called to see if it was ready and was told it was ready for pick up. I immediately drove over to pick it up and was told "the computers are down. They've been down for six minutes and we don't know when they'll be back up." Sorry

Well, they may be sorry but it's my husband that has suffered all day and it looks like he'll be suffering all night. There should be a back up system they can go to if this type of thing happens. People depend on them.
