Walgreens review: Unethical hateful and rude behavior

RUDE Pharmacist! She is very rude to customers. My husband got an email saying his prescription was ready so went to pick it up. She advised him it was pending on her end. He went to show her the email and she put her hand up and said, "I said it is pending! so NO you don't have anything to pick up!" he was speechless! so he just drove off. I looked at the email and saw it was sent to the wrong Walgreens location so I called the other location and they immediately found it and said all the other pharmacist had to do is look up a central look up. I called the original one back and advised them what I was told and immediately it was found by one of the helpers. I later went in the store to pick up his perscription and was paying at pharmacy and witnessed her being rude and hateful to employees to the point the one that was waiting on me was closing her eyes and shaking her head and mumbled "she is so disrespectful" obviously not for me to hear it but I read her lips. I heard the pharmacist saying to employee, "I don't care, not my problem, it was called in to Publix so its her problem not mine, she can fix it, not my issue" the employee was trying to tell her it had been fixed but the pharmacist was so set on it not being her problem that she wasn't even listening and was talking down to the employee. It was a terrible scene. Someone needs to talk to the employees that work with this lady. She is rude to employees and to the customers. She has no personable demeanor about her at all. I will take my business somewhere else if that is what Walgreens is about. She is a taller black lady and worked last night in the Walgreens in Brandon Florida on Providence Road. Ridiculous experience!
