Walgreens review: Pharmacy services

Dates of Incident date back as far as two weeks ago, but most recently Wednesday 6-9-21 and 6-11-21. On Wednesday I called to inquire about my prescription status and was told I was a liar and had to bring in proof of my address so they would fill a script (I had recently relocated from Phoenix to Nashville and they still had my old address on file). So I came into the pharmacy with proof of residency and was told they had to order the drug and syringes, then I was rudely talked to about out of pocket payment and what not. Treated like a drug seeker for a medication I have been taking for well over a year prescribed by my endocrinologist for a tumor in my brain. Friday 6-11-21 I called to follow up on the status and they stated they still did not have my syringes in from when I ordered them two weeks ago. A lead time like that requires different sourcing in the pharmacy industry. I do believe the pharmacy is not doing their job correctly and my health is going to suffer for it. If they ever get this script in it will be the last one I ever fill through Walgreens. Ever! I will not be called a liar about my health, and I will not be treated like a criminal for getting a script filled even if some judgmental tech thinks I am drug seeking, testosterone of all things. Something needs to be overhauled in that store on 4001 Central Pike in Hermitage TN.
