Walgreens review: Pharmacy

Where do I start.? I recently switched from Smith's pharmacy to Walgreens pharmacy located at 1408 Craig Rd. in North Las Vegas. Smiths were awesome but no longer accepted Excellus BCBS so I had to find another pharmacy. Customer service at Walgreens has been an absolute nightmare. Any calls made to the pharmacy are met with an impolite please hold and I am told this every three minutes with a continued hold time of about 15 minutes before being hung up on. And this happens multiple times in one day. In fact right now I've been sitting in the drive-through 451 minutes for a prescription that was supposed to be ready yesterday that wasn't. When I asked for an update the pharmacist rudely told me that they would expedite it. It's not really expediting if you delayed refilling my prescription the past two days on account of a technical error. I've spent 2 hours dealing with this pharmacy today. I'm a mom, a wife, an employee and a person who has more to do with my spare time then to be treated like scum. Please figure it out Walgreens bc this isn't cutting the mustard and your service sucks big time!
