Specifically, in the morning it is hard to receive friendly assistance.
I asked for simple help and was completely ignored. If I was lucky enough to receive any limited help I was treated with an unfriendly vibe. It seemed the employee was the morning supervisor or manager for Vons.
Please train all employees to be more friendly to customers, it helps retain customers. I may have to go to another Von location to avoid the negative vibe at this location.
