I promised when i transfered i would get the verizon pro max and it wasn't in stock the first day i lost all my data because iphone 16 didn't have enough storage i was told to come back within 30 days i did the associate was very rude told me i had the best iphone i could get there was nothing he could do i signed a 36 month contract then offered me an xbox deal for getting internet which also was not fulfilled i am on the $90 unlimited ultimate plan thinking i could upgrade as long as i kept this plan and paid my bill i have auto bill pay and i now am stuck with a phone dislike due to low storage and cant upgrade without paying a horrendous down payment why cant Verizon follow through with agreement you should fix it your employee was the one that didn't follow your own guarantee
Claimed loss: loss of all my pictures and data .. cant get email cant take photos cant get my security cameras on phone this has been going on for a year
Desired outcome: either let me pay the early upgrade offered without huge deposit or let me out of contract.. i was promised a different phone from day i but didn't have it in stock so i came back 2 times in first 30 and was mislead by employee
