eDreams review: Prime membership

I was unaware that I had a prime membership, and I was charged €95 without clear prior notice. When I requested a refund on the same day the charge was made, I was informed that I would not receive a full refund.

The terms of this subscription were not transparent, and I would never have chosen to use this service had I known about these refund policies. A quick search online reveals that many others have encountered similar issues, with numerous complaints about unclear charges and refund practices, leading many to question the integrity of the company.
