My USAA member number is 3406075, I have been with USAA for almost 40 years and have experienced continual depreciation in service and value over the past 10 years. Here is the latest issue: A auto repair claim was filed on our 2020 Toyota CHR in Nov 24, we took it to an approved USAA shop here in Fredericksburg VA, crash champions,they executed a poor repair, the parts in front did not align and the bumper kept popping out.We took it back a few weeks later and they stated it was fixed but it was not fixed again, took it back a 3rd time and they charged an additional $460.00 WHY?! My perception is they used cheap parts initially that did not fit, and now are charging the added $ to use the correct OEM parts. Why did USAA allow this and why will no one at USAA step up, defend the customers interests and make them eat the cost because of their faulty initial (2X) repairs? The very poorly trained adjuster on this case does not care, she realizes that USAA will just pay again and the customers rates will go up, no impact on her. I could go on and on about recent poor service quality by USAA but there is not space here to do so. I am very frustrated that I am seriously considering finding another auto insurance company.
Desired outcome: Do not pay the repairer for their poor repair after 3 chances and starting giving a crap about your customers again!
