Dear Customer Service Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with a recent deposit I made at one of your ATMs.

On September 22, 2023, I deposited a check for USD 3,000 into the ATM located at Montana State University in the Strand Union building. The deposit was confirmed at the time, and I received a receipt as proof of the transaction. However, later in the evening of the same day, I checked my USbank app only to see that the check was reversed and the funds were no longer credited to my account.

I request your assistance in resolving this matter as quickly as possible. I have reviewed the notification, and it did not provide a specific reason for the reversal. I have attached a copy of the deposit receipt for your reference.

It is crucial to clarify the situation promptly, as the funds are significant to me, and this situation has caused me considerable concern and inconvenience.

Could you please investigate this matter and provide me with an explanation for the reversal?
