Absolut THE worse customer service !
I have had a mortgage with you for over 10 years, open a CC with you so I can pay for homeowner insurance for said property.
Go into your branch office in Burlingame with my Real id asking for the account number for said CC. Im told I can only get it if I download the app. Download your stupid app.to find out without my CC. # I can't access the credit card # .

Claimed loss: Late fees

Desired outcome: CC # plus restitution
