UPS 3/24/22 the ups driver killed my10 yr old dog inside my yard

on 3/24/22 the ups driver was delivering a heavy box so he threw it over the small wired fence that we have and landed on my 10 yr old small dog killing it. I saw him trying to throw it over and I can tell it was heavy so as I'm walking out my house to see what he had, he said "I'm sorry so sorry" I looked at my dog and it was laying there bleeding to death. This is a horrible tragedy for me. My dog was a member of the family for 10 yrs. and the messed up part is that the box wasn't even for us. It was for the neighbors next door. What if it was a small kid, my dog was my baby. I wish you guys would train these young employees to be careful in the surroundings when delivering packages. I know there is no way my baby can be brought back to life, but UPS can train these employees to be more careful and avoid tragedies like this. If they would of delivered to the right address I would of still had my baby with me. So devastating! I didn't want to take pictures because it is traumatizing as it is seeing your doggy bleeding to death because she died in 15 min.

1z62y7y80337227057 tracking shows it was dropped off to my front door. On feb 11 2022 it is now march 25 2022 I can not find it anywhere! It is to be a 8 pack off fluorecent light bulbs. What do I do now? Its been 1 month and 13 days. I had to wait till now to say anything becouse of all the snow we had up here I thought maybe it got snow over there is no more snow up here so where is it? Can you help me with this? Mike... P. UPS Truck damaged my property

On Friday, 3/18/22, I received a delivery from UPS. The UPS truck leaked transmission fluid all over my asphalt driveway, which is new. There is a line coming into the driveway, a puddle where the driver parked, and a line where he backed up to exit. This is very unsightly, and the spill was potentially dangerous to my dogs as well.

The local UPS office sent someone to try to clean it up, but the stain remains and is significant.

Desired outcome: I would like the stain to be completely removed. This driveway was an expensive upgrade to our property last summer. I will include two photos of the damage, but the line of stain goes a longer way than what is shown in the photos.

UPS Delivery person's attitude

I work from home and my office is 7 feet from the front door. I heard the UPS Truck pull up and when I got up to open the door I found a notice on the door.

There was no knock or doorbell rung before I went outside and saw the truck (now 3 houses down) and I flagged her over. When she pulled up she had an attituded and when I ask if she had knocked or rang the doorbell she sarcastically said yes and that maybe I didn't hear her.

I would not follow up but I heard her call me a [censored] and continued to talk loudly to herself as she got back in the truck.

This is not the first time I am home and the UPS driver does not knock or ring the doorbell. I understand times are hard for everyone, but this is not acceptable service.

UPS Missing Jacket

I purchased a $300 jacket from Carhartt WIP. Unfortunately they used UPS as there delivery service. I made sure to be home all day because I know what kind of reputation UPS drivers have of STEALING and "losing" packages. I was waiting right by the door with the door wide open when I got an alert that the package arrived. Peeked outside with no sign of the package or a UPS truck... Tried to file a claim and their claims department were not helpful at all.

Try to avoid UPS at all cost. I work hard for my money and to have that UPS driver rob me of $300 is said. Work for what you want, plain and simple. You may get lucky and actually get your package delivered but that's you getting lucky because most UPS drivers are comprised of thieves.

UPS A rude delivery driver

I am one of the managers working at Astella apartments in San Francisco, CA. There was a rude driver that was delivering packages to our community for residents, we asked the driver if he could use the lockers for smaller packages as our package room is not big and would like only large items to go inside there. The driver rudely said no and said he would not drop off packages if he cannot drop the package where ever he likes.

I would like to speak with a supervisor to talk about this driver as we keep experiencing rude delivery drivers as we only want to have an easy package system for all delivery services. Please contact us at [protected] or [protected]@astellaapts.com.

UPS customer service

THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD. My blood pressure spikes whenever I have to deal with anything UPS related. The worst part is you have ZERO opportunities for recourse or to complain because it is IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK TO ANYBODY ON THE PHONE. Everything is automated and when you try to ask for a representative, the automated service HANGS UP ON YOU.

I have had countless issues with a single delivery and when I was told that someone from dispatch would contact me, they called me at 7pm and when I didn't pick up the phone they did not give me a call back number.

This is out of control.

UPS Brokerage fees

Tracking number 1Z01E3230446762629. I paid my brokerage fees (7.50$) with a money order. This was for a set of packages under 800$ after dealing with UPS for 2 days on the phone. and ups sends me a letter in the mail stating I owe more money! Invoice #[protected]

Desired outcome: Fees waived and any additional fees.

UPS 2 separate boxes that the same tracking nbumbers.

I brought 2 boxes to the UPS store for return to Amazon. Amazon only credited me with one return. My receipt had the same tracking for both boxes. When I returned to the UPS store #6027 with the second tracking number the manager said they could not find it in their system it never left the store? And there is nothing he can do about it? I guess someone in that store has a nice watch?

Desired outcome: Find the second box or inform Amazon that 2 returns were sent.

UPS deliving service

i had two pet clippers delivered on DEC 18/21. they went to the vet a crose the street and signed for. we are NOW in MARCH and never heard a word from ups as to what happens now.

UPS Refusal to deliver my package

I ordered something to be sent overnight. It was put on the truck for delivery on March 1, 2022. It never got delivered stating it was delayed due to severe weather. It was 56 degrees and sunny. The roads were clear. It was put on the truck on Wednesday, March 2. It was not delivered again due to severe weather. Again, it was sunny and in the 50s. Roads are perfect.

So what is the problem UPS? I think the driver is either lazy or he or she stole my package. This driver is lying about severe weather.

Desired outcome: I want my package and to have this driver fired for theft!

UPS Delivery

I never would go out of my way to complain or write a negative review of a company. But I currently have no other choice. This is beyond inept. 3 failed attempts of delivering a package…no doorbell ring, no door knock, just a note. I called 4 times and spoke to different individuals that obviously just.. Made no notes nor effort to the driver. I was given false timelines and took off work to stay home and wait for said arrival. Please call associated numbers please ring a doorbell please do anything to update your services. I can track nothing, no gps no text of arrival nor call. Please make an attempt to connect to your patrons. I will no longer be using this service as long as I can help it.

Desired outcome: Pay for my computer that cost me work time off and my pay as well as project advancement. Or at least my daily wage I have been missing to stay home.

UPS Packages not delivered

I ordered from amazon, I live in hinsdale nh, 20 minutes from keene nh, and they didnt deliver my package I waited all day for! This isn't the first time! Ive contacted amazon, and they always make it right, and its not there fault! I found living in hinsdale nh, the driver tends to drop packages of at the local post office to get out of makeing more deliveries! From now on I wont be using your service!

UPS Delivery and or customer service

I have two packages coming today which have been delayed. But they are here basically right down the street at the ups facility. I called to see if I can pick them up since I will not be home on Monday the new date for delivery nor will I be home the following two days and wanted to have them hold the package at the facility so I can just pick it up on Monday. Also sender has a no address change so no neighbors or anything. So I was told they will try to deliver mon. Tue. Wen. And then they are going to send it back to the shipper. They refused ti let me pick it up they ended up hanging up on me. This is the worst experience which is saying something since I just got done saying the same thing the other day when they returned to sender a package that I couldn’t pick up because the store said it wasn’t there and they couldn’t tell me who they sent it back to so I couldn’t call them to have it resent. I could keep going but today has left me beyond frustrated. they know I’m not going to be here won’t let me pick it up and will send it back after three attempts. Wow

Desired outcome: Leave my package at a pick up location so I can come show my ID and pick them up there are two packages.

UPS Lost package 1z8wr9480413557546

Last Dec 13 2021, before Christmas I ordered gifts from China for Christmas, Dec 15 the package departed from HK and arrived in Ontario CA, going through warehouse scan, import scan. Dec 21, they said on line " Your package has been released by the government agency. on the way". Dec 27 "UPS has received the information needed to submit your package for clearance." Christmas was over but I didn't hear anything From UPS, no one even tried to contact me as a consumer, Dec 29, I filed lost package claim. Today Feb 23, 2022 I haven't recieved any information from UPS for my about $2,500 goods. No one gave me any explanation. UPS asked Sparks office to do investigation they didn't even receive package, security said they couldn't look into the case. What's going on? What a horrible service! Now your web saying " Claim in Progress

A claim has been issued to the sender for your package. Please contact the sender for more information." To the senders? How about me? I paid for everything...

Please provide me the documents of your "process" with the person signature who was in charge and dates. And also provide me any lawful documents. Thanks.

I heard your company lost many packages during the holiday season. Someone stole my package. Almost two months so called investigation... it's ridiculous and unacceptable! I have been very patient waiting...

UPS Notary services at the UPS store

RE: 14027 Memorial Dr, Houston. The store is dreadful. Employees are extremely rude, inattentive, and have a "big attitude." Their displicense or indifference is clear. The employees act as if doing a favor to the customers... I have always behaved politely and respectfully to the employees. I question their training and monitoring.

I need documents notarized at least once a week...There is another UPS store where I go instead because of the attitude. You are also losing money as she twice as not charged me as the notary hates the extra work. Thanks...

As a long term investor in the company, I feel you need to know.

Desired outcome: Monitor employees. Retrain re customer service. Have a watchful eye!

UPS Unknown

I live at Sylvan Heights Condominiums in Portland (7600 SW Barnes Rd). It is filled with rather narrow, winding roads leading to the condos. There is a sharp turn into one lane leading to my condo at the bottom of the hill. The driver partially blocked the entrance so it wasn't feasible to get through. I asked him to move his truck. Instead, he made his delivery 200' away from where he was parked. I assume he felt it difficult even for him to negotiate the turn so he parked at the entrance. My complaint is there is plenty of room before and after the entrance without blocking it, but he said he would continue to park the way he did and that "you could have gotten through". I wasn't willing to take the chance I could make it through in a brand new car without damage just to please him. I was so angry that some "kid" would be so rude. I told him I hoped he had a bad day (not normally me). I have known several ppl who drive or have driven for UPS and I have been told it is crazy to get through the day, but this incident was preventable. Sometimes it only takes one bad experience for someone to be turned off from using your service. I'm sorry, I have no lic plate#, driver name. He was a dark-haired squirt with bad teeth. FYI, for the driver that doesn't want to turn around in our lane (many do), he could have pulled up to the next lane ahead (that I suggested) and used that way to follow around out of the complex! He wouldn't have even had to turn around at all and I wouldn't have had words for him.

Desired outcome: I want an apology and for mgmt to tell drivers they can get out without turning around on that level by pulling up and to the left. DO NOT BLOCK ENTRANCES. PERIOD.

UPS Package damage

We’ve received several damaged packages lately. This last one was bashed in and anyone could reach in to grab something. Delivery date is February 15, 2022. Package was left in driveway where no one would see it in a timely manner. We have a front door and someone is usually around to receive the delivery.

Desired outcome: I hope someone will be notified of the unacceptable condition of the shipments.

UPS Pay check

Okay so first week I let it slide with my checking coming on Monday instead of Thursday that’s 4 days late already this is now the 3rd week I have been going thru this I still don’t have my check from last week it’s now 5 whole days late on top of my check that’s suppose to come this week everybody else with direct deposit got their money they work me like a dog every single day and I’m not even getting paid on time I am totally disappointed and this is so ridiculous I have to do all this for MONEY I EARNED AND WORKED FOR I have bills I’m falling behind on and each day go past I still receive no pay check JAMES E CASEY DRIVE UPS WAREHOUSE is where I work I need answers ASAP I not only pay bills I got a whole family at home to provide for I can’t keep dealing with this I’m getting very mad and irritated and about ready to sue about my money I worked hard for that I’m not RECEIVING……..

UPS Drop box in Columbia, SC

The Secretary of State sent me a very important package on Jan 26, she put it in a drop box, and no one has picked it up. The tracking number is not available. My documents are lost in the drop box or some drunk truck driver lost it after picking it up, and never scanned it. UPS really suck. If anyone is actually reading this, let me know what is missing.
