UPS Delivery of 2 (two) packages from CVS

I placed two orders with CVS on 4/16/22 - via email told that my packages would arrive on Thursday, 4/21/22. No packages were delivered on 4/20 or 4/21/22.

I checked the tracking numbers & discovered that they were delivered to my door by an UPS Driver on 4/20/21 per the tracking form. That did not happen because the gate was locked & they could not get into place package at door. I waited a few days and then checked at the local Post Office to see if the packages had been delivered there - NO PACKAGES!

UPS Delivery Driver Refuses to Deliver to my Address

About a year ago, my wife was walking our dog throughout our condo complex. The UPS guy began stalking her throughout her walk. He would randomly stop and smile at her, waving and being just blatantly creepy. He was a regular UPS driver in our complex, so he knew his route very well. Once he finished delivering to everyone, he drove off but purposely drove back in, just to slowly start following my wife during her walk. At one point, he drove by her after his 3rd attempt of coming back into the complex, just to hang himself out his door and smile back at her. She finally was able to lose track of him, and ran back into our condo, making sure he was not watching. After locking our door, she peaked behind our blinds and noticed he parked somewhat close to our condo, and sat there, looking around for her. He stayed for about 5 minutes, and then finally drove off. She told me everything that happened and I told her we need to report this to his supervisor. She ended up calling UPS corporate, and they were nice enough to say they would be contacting his facility and letting his supervisor know the details of what happened, along with my wife receiving a call back for more information.

His facility never called her and we never heard of anything that happened from the situation. About 2 weeks after the incident, we were getting a delivery from them. When he walked up to our condo, my wife freaked and jumped away from the window, just to make sure he did not see her and knows where she lives. I was already pissed off, so I opened the door and basically told him to stay away from my wife and stop being a creep. He of course, denied everything and claimed that there is alot of people that work in his facility that look like him. He drove off, and ever since then, he refused to deliver to us. He would say there was an attempt made, but he never really attempted the delivery. We complained to the company about 10 times and nothing came about of it. No call backs, nothing. He was just allowed to remain a creep and also refuse delivery.

I decided to change our account to all deliveries be sent to a UPS Access Point, instead of to our address, just so we do not miss any deliveries. But there has been a few times where for some reason the system did not catch that we do not want deliveries to our condo, and the UPS driver will "attempt" delivery, even though we have on our account that no signature is required. He instead puts in a claim that it was never loaded onto his truck. He even got to the point where he would leave our packages on top of our community mailbox, out in the open, so anyone can take it.

If I could somehow completely take myself off of any UPS deliveries in the future, that would be great. I understand they are a union, and they are all protected because of it, but it is not ok to allow a man to stalk someone, get called out for it, and get away with refusing delivery for no reason, just because he does not like us.

Disgusting UPS.

Desired outcome: Some sort of recognition that this man is refusing delivery to us and is getting away with it. I want to know if this has been discussed with his supervisor and why nothing has come about from it.

UPS Deliveries

All of my recent UPS shipments are getting picked from the local hub and dropped off at a UPS store in town (Statesboro, Georgia). Calls to UPS have been unproductive and I have only been told that ALL of the shippers are changing the delivery instructions the day of delivery. This is obviously a common problem as I have located numerous matching complaints. We are receiving text and email updates that state the package will be out for delivery tomorrow and then the next states the package is available for pick up at the UPS store. I have three tracking numbers and screens hots of the notifications.

Desired outcome: I would like packages delivered to my house or I would like a refund on all my packages that have been changed to pick up in store.

My package was never placed in mailbox as soon as I got the text saying it in my mailbox I went downstairs to my mailbox and there was nothing in mailbox. This not the first time this happen my packages are being stole.

My package is from Macy's perfume which cost me 94.00

Desired outcome: I want supervisor's to come on site and watch there workers not do there job they are constantly on there cell phones. They even came to my door to deliver packages before me opening my door you can hear them on there phone.

UPS Package damaged during transit.

Today, 4/23/2022, I received by UPS delivery, items I had ordered from a vendor. The package was torn open: the top of the package had been torn open and just folded back down, the corner of the package was torn from top to bottom. The package had been exposed to oil or some other material that left a soiled area.

The contents 'appeared' to have been gone thru. All the items I had ordered were in the package but I honestly do not know how they remained so due to the destruction of the package.

Desired outcome: I request an explanation of how packaging is destroyed while in UPS' care. This is the second delivery I have received within a week wherein the packaging had been destroyed.

UPS I want my total back table cost, shipping cost.

I bought a tile top antique table in Pembroke Pines, FL from Tonya Dillard who lives in Pembroke Pines, FL. They are not wanting to pay for a poorly packaged tile table, that was not pack correctly told to me by the UPS Center in Barstow, CA The UPS person in Barstow is Carla [protected]. She is only available in the mornings 9 AM to 11 AM. The store manager at the UPS store in Pembroke Pines was Michael who insisted he was more than able to pack this as he was a professional (?). It came in a box that was only had to short sheets of bubble wrap around the legs (2 sheets, 4 legs) I asked the shipper to put a couple pieces of cardboard to the top to keep the tiles from coming loose in transit. Was not done, one tile loosened and came off and was cracked in two. UPS in Barstow said it ws not packed according to UPS standards. (Carla) This was shipped out first week of Feb 2022. Now they are not wanting to pay for the table, but are doing nothing for satisfaction to me the buyer. I paid Tonya Dillard to handle this for me by giver her an extra $50 for her trouble. Paid $125 for the table $50 for her help and ship charge and extra $15 for fragile packing. Tracking number is 1ZA7R2840311098411 and my name is Tim Nordella 34350 Hereford Rd. Desired outcome: I can not see a company that is associated with UPS do a very poor packing job charge me for extra $15 for fragile and ship this in a box that is moves around in .

After a BBB complaint we were contacted by UPS (above). if UPS does not help you dispute your transaction and cancel your payment with your credit company. When ordering from vendors let them know that UPS has become a persistent problem and DO NOT SHIP UPS. If you have to put "DO NOT SHIP UPS" before your name on the address.

UPS Driver lied about delivery

Email stated Amazon package left on porch 6:55 pm. No package delivered anywhere, not even on street.

Next morning, package appears under mailbox on street.

UPSucks does not care. Amazon doesn't give a rip, either.

And I thought FedEx was bad:)

Desired outcome: Amazon - Stop using UPS.UPS - This is why "Cast Away" did not use you.

UPS Delivery service to my apartment.

On 3/28/2022 I received an e-mail stating I am scheduled for a delivery by days end, I waited patiently for my phone to ring to let the delivery in the security gate... nothing. By 10 pm I received an e-mail stating that a delivery was attempted. I went outside to see if there was a notice from UPS, nothing.

I called Customer service and was assured another delivery attempt will be made the next day 3/29/2022. Today I received an e-mail stating a delivery will be attempted. Tonight I received another e-mail stating a delivery was attempted. My delivery instructions say dail 380 on the dail pad. This brings my cell phone and I let them in.

I receive deliveries from Amazon Prime, and FedEx deliveries, all of these deliveries get to my apartment which is located in LOS ANGELES. UPS must have some inept delivery personnel who are not doing their job. I should not have to go to some access point to get my delivery.

Desired outcome: Receive my delivery packages from UPS as I do from other delivery services.

Like many of you I’m disappointed in the lack of concern, service and incompetence in which I received from UPS.

I paid for overnight delivery to receive an important item. I stayed home tracked the package ALL DAY that indicate the package was out for delivery by 7pm to receive an update at 5:59pm the package would be delivered the next day by 7pm😡

Of course I start off by calling the customer service 800.742.5877(that’s not customer friendly nor provided help). My next attempt was contacting the terminal the package was supposed to be delivered to. The manager who gave me the excuse that the package was delivered to another state and did not arrived to the terminal and out for delivery in which the message I received ALL DAY😡.

The impact of not getting this package delivered in the timely manner that I entrusted UPS to deliver has complicated many lives in a negative way. For the manager at UPS telling me ‘I’m sorry’ is not enough, STOP saying that😡.

NOT THAT IT MATTERS I WILL NEVER USE UPS AGAIN

I have called UPS numerous times regarding the paperwork to self clear my parcel. I have been told multiple times it would be emailed within 24 hours.

Not only have I not received the parcel, the status now says

Return to Sender Requested

A delivery change for this package is in progress. / The package will be returned to the sender.

Who requested the delivery change as it certainly wasn't me who is receiving it.

Extremely frustrated having to contact UPS numerous times and I still not been sent the proper paperwork to self clear. Now it says someone requested a delivery change, who would be responsible for approving that?

I would like my parcel that I have waited for. I never requested a delivery change. I don't understand why this is so time consuming.

I have now called UPS 4+ times, contacted them on Facebook and Twitter and also emailed them twice.

WHAT IS GOING ON!?!?!?!?!

My address is correct and I never asked for the parcel to be returned to sender. Why would the tracking state there is a delivery change pending?

Absolutely unacceptable on every level.

Desired outcome: I want my parcel!!!! With the papers to self clear it. Without wasting anymore of my precious time after paying a high way robbery rate of $58+ USD

UPS 3/24/22 the ups driver killed my10 yr old dog inside my yard

on 3/24/22 the ups driver was delivering a heavy box so he threw it over the small wired fence that we have and landed on my 10 yr old small dog killing it. I saw him trying to throw it over and I can tell it was heavy so as I'm walking out my house to see what he had, he said "I'm sorry so sorry" I looked at my dog and it was laying there bleeding to death. This is a horrible tragedy for me. My dog was a member of the family for 10 yrs. and the messed up part is that the box wasn't even for us. It was for the neighbors next door. What if it was a small kid, my dog was my baby. I wish you guys would train these young employees to be careful in the surroundings when delivering packages. I know there is no way my baby can be brought back to life, but UPS can train these employees to be more careful and avoid tragedies like this. If they would of delivered to the right address I would of still had my baby with me. So devastating! I didn't want to take pictures because it is traumatizing as it is seeing your doggy bleeding to death because she died in 15 min.

1z62y7y80337227057 tracking shows it was dropped off to my front door. On feb 11 2022 it is now march 25 2022 I can not find it anywhere! It is to be a 8 pack off fluorecent light bulbs. What do I do now? Its been 1 month and 13 days. I had to wait till now to say anything becouse of all the snow we had up here I thought maybe it got snow over there is no more snow up here so where is it? Can you help me with this? Mike... P. UPS Truck damaged my property

On Friday, 3/18/22, I received a delivery from UPS. The UPS truck leaked transmission fluid all over my asphalt driveway, which is new. There is a line coming into the driveway, a puddle where the driver parked, and a line where he backed up to exit. This is very unsightly, and the spill was potentially dangerous to my dogs as well.

The local UPS office sent someone to try to clean it up, but the stain remains and is significant.

Desired outcome: I would like the stain to be completely removed. This driveway was an expensive upgrade to our property last summer. I will include two photos of the damage, but the line of stain goes a longer way than what is shown in the photos.

UPS Delivery person's attitude

I work from home and my office is 7 feet from the front door. I heard the UPS Truck pull up and when I got up to open the door I found a notice on the door.

There was no knock or doorbell rung before I went outside and saw the truck (now 3 houses down) and I flagged her over. When she pulled up she had an attituded and when I ask if she had knocked or rang the doorbell she sarcastically said yes and that maybe I didn't hear her.

I would not follow up but I heard her call me a [censored] and continued to talk loudly to herself as she got back in the truck.

This is not the first time I am home and the UPS driver does not knock or ring the doorbell. I understand times are hard for everyone, but this is not acceptable service.

UPS Missing Jacket

I purchased a $300 jacket from Carhartt WIP. Unfortunately they used UPS as there delivery service. I made sure to be home all day because I know what kind of reputation UPS drivers have of STEALING and "losing" packages. I was waiting right by the door with the door wide open when I got an alert that the package arrived. Peeked outside with no sign of the package or a UPS truck... Tried to file a claim and their claims department were not helpful at all.

Try to avoid UPS at all cost. I work hard for my money and to have that UPS driver rob me of $300 is said. Work for what you want, plain and simple. You may get lucky and actually get your package delivered but that's you getting lucky because most UPS drivers are comprised of thieves.

UPS A rude delivery driver

I am one of the managers working at Astella apartments in San Francisco, CA. There was a rude driver that was delivering packages to our community for residents, we asked the driver if he could use the lockers for smaller packages as our package room is not big and would like only large items to go inside there. The driver rudely said no and said he would not drop off packages if he cannot drop the package where ever he likes.

I would like to speak with a supervisor to talk about this driver as we keep experiencing rude delivery drivers as we only want to have an easy package system for all delivery services. Please contact us at [protected] or [protected]@astellaapts.com.

UPS customer service

THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD. My blood pressure spikes whenever I have to deal with anything UPS related. The worst part is you have ZERO opportunities for recourse or to complain because it is IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK TO ANYBODY ON THE PHONE. Everything is automated and when you try to ask for a representative, the automated service HANGS UP ON YOU.

I have had countless issues with a single delivery and when I was told that someone from dispatch would contact me, they called me at 7pm and when I didn't pick up the phone they did not give me a call back number.

This is out of control.

UPS Brokerage fees

Tracking number 1Z01E3230446762629. I paid my brokerage fees (7.50$) with a money order. This was for a set of packages under 800$ after dealing with UPS for 2 days on the phone. and ups sends me a letter in the mail stating I owe more money! Invoice #[protected]

Desired outcome: Fees waived and any additional fees.
