UPS Product didn't arrive

The product I ordered from another company was shipped back to them because ups couldn't find my address. Yet I had ordered this product before two other times and they found my address then. The address was correct so I contacted the product company and are resending it.

The Franklin Square UPS Store - I went in there to return a package to Amazon and I didn't have a mask on - neither did the girl who was assisting me - she pulled up her mask when I got to the counter and told me the next time I come in without a mask she won't serve me. I was astounded at the rudeness, the discrimination and the hypocrisy of it all. Then...

UPS Package delivery

Why are my packages left it the wet grassy ditch along a busy County road 500 feet from my house. Packages routinely are left behind the mailbox on the ground, rain or shine.

My paved driveway is 12 wide and we have a large unobstructed circle that is within 10 foot of a 12 wide x 60 foot covered porch (Front door)

For years your trucks successfully navigated our driveway, is there any reason for the driver to instead stop in the middle of the road and drop pages off along the road..

Note: 191st is a two lane road w a slight hill 300 feet top the East and a 50mph speed limit.

Best practices would suggest it's not smart to stop in the middle of the road if it can be avoided.

Desired outcome: Drive up my driveway and deliver my packages to front door at the address listed, preferably out of the rain.

UPS Refusal to deliver

3 days in a row they have refused to deliver packages. They claim the road is impassable due to snow. Box vans, log trucks, mail delivery, school bus, even FedEx were by here. Nope, not UPS. The last 6 months were drivers using their own personal vehicle to deliver. Is it UPS cannot afford to run the company trucks? Prices go up and service goes down.

Desired outcome: Just honor your terms of service.

UPS Failure to deliver package and customer service incompetence

My large, heavy package was delivered to the wrong address. It has been sitting in a neighbor's driveway for four days in the rain. I called to inform customer service of the situation and told them the address where it was erroneously delivered. All attempts to have it retrieved and delivered to me have failed miserably. At this point it is still in the wrong driveway. It is a 113 pound treadmill, so I can not just go get it! All this was conveyed to UPS customer service during each phone call.

Out of a total of 12 phone calls, here is what I have been told:
- I need to connect you to the freight shipping department. ?
- We need to start a package investigation to locate it. ?
- Can you just go get it? *#* !
- You will need to file a claim for a lost package. ?
- I will connect you with the delivery center. :-)
- I will contact the driver to come back and get it. :-)
No package yet... *#* !
- (Supervisor by the name of Michael) A special truck is required to deliver large items like that. I am tracking it and it should be delivered within an hour after this phone call. I will be personally responsible for this case. What is your phone number? I will call if there are issues.
** Two days later, no treadmill, no phone call.

At least have the decency to call the customer back.

Incredibly disappointed, and surprised by the total lack of training and integrity.

Desired outcome: 1. A phone call frome Micheal the supervisor. 2. Retrieve my package and deliver it ASAP !!!!!!!!!

UPS Package Delivery

I had a package coming from Lynchburg Virginia. It was signed for at 430 on Friday, Dec 17. The package was never delivered to my address. So the person who signed was not at my house when they took it.
This is one more of MANY DELIVERIES MADE TO THE WRONG ADDRESS.
WHY CANT ANYONE READ THE HOUSE NUMBER BEFORE DROPPING OFF?
i actually caught a UPS driver dropping off 2 packages at my house that were for the neighbor 2 doors down. I turned the driver around to the correct house.
Our homes ARE CLEARLY NUMBERED.

Desired outcome: WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

UPS Customer Service- International billing department

I have been trying to speak with someone since 11:00am EST. It is now 1:41pm EST and I am still holding. They have sent me to collection for a bill I have never receive a regular request for payment for. I have had bad experiences with UPS since July 2021. My husband left something in Mexico at a resort and it took forever for arrangements to be made using UPS for the item to be picked up and returned to us. This is where the billing started.

Desired outcome: I will pay it, but make sure this is not on my credit

UPS Lost Golf Clubs

My golf clubs were shipped from Minnetonka, MN to Tucson Arizona. The last update I had is that they were in Goodyear, AZ. Obviously a large package. The UPS driver that picked them up attached the paper shipping label with tape to the outside of the travel bag...large blue and grey Samsonite travel bag. If it was logged in last in Goodyear, AZ where the heck can it be now?

My soon to be ex husband is refusing to deliver my package! I called numerous times and they promised delivery but I have yet to receive my package! This is crazy. UPS Delivery process

On Wed 12/15, a package was delivered to SKLD Zeeland at 285 N State St Zeeland 49464. The delivery person indicated that is was signed by one of our employees. Our employee stated it was never signed by them and that sometimes the name is just typed in without their actual signature or knowledge. The person who sent the package is holding the alleged signee responsible for taking the packing in to facility...which was not the case. Can you please make sure anything delivered to us that requires a signature is acually signed for?

UPS UPS Driver

I have already spoke to the driver of my area and I understand it may be a different driver than the one I origianlly spoke with, but on 12/15/2021 and 12/16/2021 YOUR driver has drove past my house not in a normal manner. Your driver was going too fast that I could not get him stopped to tell them to slow down. I have children, I have pets and I have grandchildren. I have done warned him that I would report them as I am not going to tolerate the disrespect from YOUR drivers. I can not help I live on a hill but what I can help is protecting my loved ones and pets and the dust that they sling when they drive past my house. I understand it is the holiday season and they are very busy, but there is no excuse for driving faster than 10MPH past my home. these drivers need to slow down! Quit putting so much on them that they feel pressured and put not only their lives but others lives at risk. One just never knows when a child will be chasing a ball that rolls out of the yard. Think a human life that could be taken due to their negligence. UPS let's do better! By the way I live on Lake Hill Rd in Terra Alta, WV. If it does not stop I will keep going up the ladder until I see resolution.

Desired outcome: I want every driver that comes on Lake Hill Rd to know I will complain every time they fly past my home.

ravel road, Called June 01,

UPS Complete lack of customer service — obviously all they care about is your $, not your package

Why does anyone use UPS anymore? I get emails saying to expect a package, with a tracking number, and an invitation to "track" the package — this is a joke, because their tracking consists of "shipped", "out for delivery", and "delivered". There was a time when UPS was the one to beat, and USPS the joke. Those days are long gone. No point to point tracking on UPS. They won't even tell you WHERE the package was shipped from, which might allow you to identify whether someone is sending you a gift, or whether it is something you have ordered to have shipped to yourself, as a gift to someone else. Call "Customer Service" and tell them there's a problem, the recording tells you to go online to file a claim. Go online to file a claim, you get a response telling you you cannot submit a claim, and to call customer service. Trying to get out of this hideous loop, I called a different number, which gets you customer service in Singapore or some such place, where they still can't tell you who sent you the package that wasn't delivered, but supposedly someone from my area's dispatch will get back to me. Hah. If they would only RING THE DOORBELL, I could fly downstairs and maybe have a fighting chance against the porch pirates, but no, ringing a doorbell is much too much trouble. Easier to send me an email that I of course don't see until 1.5 hours after they supposedly left the package on my porch for some opportunistic [censored] to steal. God forbid you should request a signature release, because they'll just leave it on the porch anyway; if it's too much trouble to ring a doorbell, you can bet it's way too much trouble to ring the bell and wait for you to come down and sign for your merchandise. So people spend their hard-earned money buying others gifts, and they pay UPS to handle the point-to-point shipment, but UPS cannot be bothered to make sure that the package that was entrusted to their care is actually put in the hands of the person for whom it was intended. They got their money, so why should they care? At least when Amazon leaves a package on your porch, they take a picture so you can see that your package WAS on the porch at one time. No one should EVER under ANY circumstances send ANYTHING via UPS.

Desired outcome: Gee, maybe get my package?

UPS Driver retaliation and managers belligerent behavior, ups customer service failure to address and rectify

We've had continuing issues with driver retaliation to complaints made about him at the Allentown/Bethlehem PA driver dispatch. To add insult to injury, the management team has been nothing but belligerent and disrespectful to us, as well. Our saga all began during COVID lockdown, wherein both my husband and I were working from home and continually had our packages being thrown and tossed onto our front porch causing the boxes to bust. That was our first complaint. Our driver then retaliated by continually honking his horn every time he arrived in our vicinity. We made a second complaint to the driver dispatch managers and nothing was ever done about it. So we moved our offices in our household to the back of the house to avoid the disruption. Last week, our driver(s) (there are now two), delivered two incorrect boxes to our house and failed to deliver our two boxes of perishable food. I contacted the 800 number to find out where our packages were and they advised me to file a claim. I had asked during the process to have them contact me via email because I have a lot of spam calls and my phone blocks many numbers. After my claim was filed, we returned the boxes that were delivered to our house to the appropriate owners. During that time, our two boxes were brought to our porch by our neighbors to whom they were incorrectly delivered. This was late in the evening. I had still not had anyone contact me with regard to my claim so I could alert them to the fact my packages were located. The very next day, the driver(s) leave a driver follow-up form on my front door with nothing filled out but the area about getting the local authorities involved highlighted. This was taken as a threat. So I made yet another complaint to the 800 customer service line and they assured me that a manager would look into it and get back to me.
At the same time, I advised them that the packages were found. That was on Friday, December 3rd. No call was ever received. Come Monday, December 6, 2021, our driver(s) come to our door and make noise. I look out my front window and see then stop my next-door neighbor start pointing to our house and door and begin laughing and making gestures.
I then pulled out my phone to start videotaping the interaction. It was very clear that they had been alerted about my complaints and were now involving my neighbors in their dispute against us. This is harassment, plain and simple. So we make yet another complaint and are told that no one from the 800 number can assist us, that the driver dispatch managers would have to follow through and contact us with regard to our complaint within the hour as they marked it "urgent". No call was received. This was around 4:00 pm in the afternoon. My husband then makes a phone call to the 800 number and is told someone will reach out to him. More than an hour later, we hear from JC Martinez, the dispatch supervisor, who proceeds to tell us that this is the first she is hearing of this, told us she did not know who the driver(s) were (which is ridiculous because it is the very same drivers who come every single day to our neighborhood). Lastly, the excuse we are given is that due to the late hour in which she called the driver(s) would not be talked to until the next morning and that she would contact us the next morning. I asked for her manager's name which she declined to provide. The next morning comes and goes, with no phone call from JC. My husband proceeds to call her. She tells him that they want a copy of our video and that her manager will give him a call. It was also stated that someone from their "security" department was being sent to our door. No notice, no authorization from us to send a stranger to speak with us about the incident. I contact JC to ask why they would be sending someone to our door without our consent and to find out what was being done about our complaint and she proceeds to start yelling at me that she is no longer involved and that her manager was calling my husband. So then the manager, Chris Guzman, contacts my husband and proceeds to say that he sent someone to our door to get our side of the story. I am conferenced into the call and I proceed to ask him if he has spoken to the driver(s). He tells me no, that they do not know who the driver(s) are. I asked why then was he contacting us when we had already spoken with JC and are now concerned about further retaliation. He began to get belligerent with me and argumentative and challenged us about getting him my video basically to prove because my previous complaints were not enough for him. This is outrageous. No one has apologized sincerely for the hassle we have had to go through. No one has taken our concerns seriously. We are now investing in an upgrade to our security system so that when the driver(s) continue to harass us we can capture the incident via video and proceed with legal action. All this would have taken was a sincere effort on their part to look into our situation, apologize, let us know that they would speak with our drivers, tell us that this will not happen again, and give us a contact phone that if something else were to happen we had someone that would handle it for us. Instead, it has become beyond anything we could have imagined. UPS has failed to give us a satisfactory resolution and I am being forced to speak out publicly on Twitter and various other channels to obtain any answer and rectify the horrible situation we have been put in. I have even tried to reach out to the Executive Leadership due to the rising concern for our safety. This leaves us feeling very vulnerable as the driver(s) know our names and home address and management at UPS have failed at their jobs at managing their employees and ensuring they are following the company's code of ethics. They have refused to follow through with managing their drivers and the only solution we can think of that will put our minds at ease is to have the driver(s) removed from our route.

Desired outcome: UPS Upper Management to contact us, assure us that the harassment will cease and the driver(s) are removed from our route

UPS Home delivery

This is by far the worst delivery company..within the last month they have twice misplaced my packages. Also they just leave packages even though there was a signature requirement...on top of this when you try to solve this problem by picking a package at their facility, they want to charge an extra 5 dollars...truly a horrible company...going forward i am trying to avoid shopping with any company that ships with UPS.

Desired outcome: That they do their job

UPS Package not delivered

My package was not delivered to my house. Instead, it was delivered to a pick up point around 40 minutes by foot from my house. The package is also a big 5 kgs package. I have no car nor bike, so this was a horrible experience for me. No effort was made to deliver the package to my house because we did not receive a delivery absentee slip. Usually, packages sent to a pick up point would have been closer to my house too. No thought or effort was made into delivering this to me.

Desired outcome: Monetary compensation
