Unlimited Vacation Club review: Misleading presentation

Was told we would be able to book vacations at $299 per week throughout South America locations, and $599 per week in Europe at the Hyatt locations. Nowhere in our contract can we see that written. When I did look into making a reservation, it would need to be through RCI, and on top of the $299 per week we pay a commission to UVC of $350!. This was never mentioned during our presentation. We were promised 21 free premier nights AI for two. They did not tell us that we would only receive a free night after making two months payments. So it would take us 42 months of payments before we could claim those free nights. Very misleading. I tried to book a property that they were advertising as having a grand reopening. Searched for available weeks with no success. Called UVC and they said the property was booked for the rest of the year! Then why advertise it? Was told UVC was owned by Hyatt, when actually Hyatt sold it years ago. They only manage it.
