I refused to sign an upgrade contract at Dreams Bahia Mita. The UVC sale represented canceled my paid in full original contract without my consent. I am having an impossible time getting my original contract reinstated and I cannot log into my online account. I have several trips scheduled, booked and paid on my membership that I need access.

Desired outcome: I want my original contract, benefits and membership number reinstated and my online profile unlocked.
