I called to cancel within my period and no one has returned my calls or messages. I need someone to contact me ASAP. I will contact credit card to dispute as well. They assured me my Premier weeks could br used at ANY Secrets. I advised them and asked several times "ANY SECRETS w none of this 1 for 1 or 2 for 1". They said yes you can go to ANY for free for those weeks and that we would have no block out dates (except Christmas). They lied all the way. I recorded the conversation as well to make sure they will answering my questions.

Desired outcome: Refund of $5000 deposit
