In Tulum, Mx, my husband and I met Annette and Jamie at a sales rally at the Tulum Resort and Spa. Jamie, specially showed me an IPad with 6 flights to Chicago dated July 23-Aug 2nd. On his U Experiences screen the cost for 6 people was just a little over $1900--I had been shopping for this flight for quite some time and knew it was over $3000. So, we purchased U Experiences for the 40% discount on flights and concerts--- all of it was a lie -- the price on their web site is $3100--just like Southwest. I have text messages stating I will get the app and discounts soon. Now. I am getting an attorney to get the $10,000 back. Big, big, big scam!

Claimed loss: $10,000

Desired outcome: Reverse this contract. I am just fine with Unlimited Vacations but for them to be selling U Experience's is all wrong!!!
