It was delivered through the email we booked.

The first is June 4, the second is June 17.

But why is there no reply?

I booked two tickets (sadly throug Travelgenio) altough the Airline confirmed me that it was possible to change the booking after the 1 year validity of the tickets. TRAVELGENIO recieved miracously a very "private" email which they could not send to me, even though it is my money and my e-mailadress, that it was not possible to send that e-mail to me. Hi, I booked (I now regret) a flight through TRAVELGENIO to Singapore with Singapore Airlines. Although I received on multiple occasions that my ticket was valid after one year after paying for it by Singapore Airlines, TRAVELGENIO remains to argue that my ticket is not valid anymore. TRAVELGENIO is a scam and you shoul NEVER EVER BOOK TRHOUGH TRAVELGENIO SITE. PLEASE DO NOT! You are being ROBBED of your money. PLEASE DO NOT EVER EVER BOOK TROUGH THOS SITE!

On May 5th, 2021, I bought a round-trip ticket from New York to Tunis. They sent me an Email with all the information that shows the details of my flight, from having a lay-over in Madrid and then from Madrid to Tunis. However, I called them yesterday June 12th to clarify the baggage details and everything. They told me that they don't have a flight from Madrid to Tunis and that the only option for me is a refund that I would receive in 3 months. This didn't make any sense to me since I was supposed to leave on July 3rd. I'm a student going to visit my family and that was the only money I have. Even when I look for a ticket now the prices are very high since the date is near. The representative was very rude to me and told me that they can't help in any way and that they don't really care. Please help me out with this I attached the Email that I received from them. Thank you!

STILL waiting for a refund from Travel Genio re: our Jet Airways cancelled flight. Jet Airways are insisting that the refund was made to Travel Genio and Travel Genio are responsible for issuing the refund. We are waiting for $5, 000 which in a pandemic is unacceptable and devastating. There is nothing more we can do except beg Travel Genio to help us.

We booked a flight from Budapest to Incheon in October 2019 through the travelgenio site. However, since then, the Covid-19 virus spread in 2020, making it impossible to fly. Has our flight been canceled? We did not receive any response from travelgenio on whether the flight was in service or cancelled. So, in a hurry, we contacted LOT directly and received an E-voucher. It's been a year from the date we originally booked. So we ask for a refund.

Because I was unable to travel due to Corona 19, the travel agency I used did not give a refund, so please file a complaint and proceed with a refund.
Even if you send an e-mail to a travel agency, it is currently not possible to receive an automatic response.
Luckily, Air Canada received an email a few days ago requesting a refund through a travel agency.

I have been waiting to be refunded for over 1 year now.
My booking at mytrips shows that I got refunded, but I have not received. And I checked my credit card company, they said they didn't get any request from Trevelgenio.
Today I received a mail from Air Canada and they say I can get refunds.
Air Canada is now issuing refunds for all tickets with travel dates on or after February 1, 2020 and purchased before April 13, 2021 for flights cancelled either by Air Canada or by you for any reason. Our records indicate that your booking reference number LBM2SZ is eligible for a refund.
To get your refund started, please contact your travel agent or online travel agency.

Therefore, There is no excuse Travelgenio can make.

I booked a flight to Malawi on the 20th August 2020 and the flight was not available. So I requested for a refund which they said takes 12-14 weeks. After 14 weeks I have been asking for it but all I get exact message "As soon as we have any update, we will contact you back". Booking Reference: [protected]

I would never recommended anyone out there to use the services of Travelgenio you will get disappointed. They don't care about you they care about your money. Just watch out!

I have been trying to contact travelgenio from last one month through different mediums like email, phone calls & their website's support section for the refund of my bookings. Unfortunately, to my surprise they are not responding to my queries. I booked a return flight from them and later on the flight was cancelled by the Airlines. I am supposed to get full refund as told by the Airline, however, since I booked through Travelgenio I need to claim my refund with them. Airline's support team told me that the refund is already processed from their side.
Neither I am getting my money back nor any response from Travelgenio. Here are my bookings details:

My flight booking TFFSTW, [Ticket #4244816], booking code [protected] for $1, 068.21 was cancelled on January 11, 2021. A refund was promised by Travelgenio for the cancellation but it was never completed. These flights were for 2 adults and 1 infant. The route cancelled was ASU to MEX on February 18, 2021 on Avianca and return from MEX to ASU on February 27, 2021 on Avianca. Travelgenio informed me on the phone the airline refunded the ticket to them but as today I haven't received my refund from Travelgenio yet. Please Travelgenio, complete my refund as soon as possible because I've been waiting since January. Thank you very much!

The pricing is not transparent! The price displayed on the invoice does not cover the fee taken by Travelgenio which is only disclosed in the fine print which is not ideal for customers. A second charge is made to your credit card which was confusing and part of this non transparent process.

Just be honest about your pricing.

As the ticket been cancel for 10 jan 2021, their has been no sight of refund, from the company or no response, they customer no from uk seems not to be in service, government should take necessary action on company, from frauding people. I have contacted company ma y times they even don't speak English, it's hard for us to communicate, with non English speaker over the phone, we paid money to travelgenio, but they always says they haven't received money from the airline. But I put money to travelgenio, their is no concern with the airlines.

I used Travelgenio for booking air tickets under code RSEWIZ with my office email id vikram.[protected]@de.ey.com and had made all the payments.
Due to COVID situation my email ID got changed to vikram.[protected]@de.ey.com and since the old email id used for booking got disabled I am unable to communication to travelgenio despite trying their fax, or repeatedly sendly emails to customer care.

As I have made all the payments i.e. in access of 1800 euros Travelgenio's customer support service is very poor

I booked my flight few days ago here. but I was worried about covid 19 due to some things around, so I wanted to cancel the flight. I booked Westjet flight.
and they have a police if a customer want to cancel it, they would do that. but Travelgenio travel agency refused the cancel and is lying saying that they can't cancel it. even I already checked with Westjet.
This travel agency is trying not to cancel their customer's booking and lying about cancel or refund.
because they don't care customer's safety or changed plan.
they care only fees due to ticket reservation.
I really am dissapointed and I would like to say that "never book or use this site if you don't wanna ruin your trip."

I'm talking to them by email, but they just say the same thing (they can't cancel it-it's lying) like a parrot.
so If you would book or use this, I hope you don't.
This is really my worst experience.

I bought a ticket from Amsterdam to Beijing on 2nd of March, 2020. My booking reference is D7K39I. I even bought a protection plus which means I could get refund if I want to cancel my travel without any reason. Due to the crisis of Covid-19, I had to cancel my travel. I contact with travelgenio customer service every month after that. But until now, around ONE YEAR already, I still have not got my money back. If I sign in my travelgenio account, it still shows Request in Progress. This remains for one year already! It is so frustrated.
