Wheels were very dirty and greasy with road rash! Unacceptable! Shouldn't have to get them reconditioned. Called, they just said send them back! I'm in Florida, they're in California and sell new wheels. No help! Poor customer service.

I ordered these wheels and then I wasn't sure if they were the right ones- I e mailed the seller and he responded quickly and re assured they were right- th4ey shipped the next day and I received them on time and in great shape- thanks so much!

Thought they knew what they were doing, I was on a time sensitive project and they sent me the wrong rim, poor family is out money now. Guy I talked to on the phone in their office said to take it up with their customer service department. I'm curious as to who sent the rim wrong? The customer service department or this company?

There were several vendors selling the wheel I was looking for. Santaana Wheel advertised their wheel as being excellent vs the competitors "good" rating. I paid slightly more for Santaana's wheel versus their competitors, but it was worth it. The wheel looks brand new and delivery was prompt.

Hi. I ordered these and my shipping address is in Canada but you delivered them to a place called Erlanger Kentucky. Seems like a lotta stuff goes there instead of where it should go. some of it makes it to a final destination and some of it doesn't. VERY long way around and very slow delivery with no tracking ability.

If youre gonna purchase a set of rims be it up grade or recharge oems THIS is the place you wanna go PERIOD! Packages arrived before expected and theyre EXACTLY what was advertised. Nothing like brushing your cars teeth the rims are gonna make a big improvement. Who ever had the car before me completely messed up the original set.

On Friday morning I found a lightly used OEM wheel online, asked a question via their Live Chat and ordered the wheel and center cap, all in just a few minutes. Both items arrived just two days later on Sunday morning. Wheel and center cap were packaged tightly and wrapped in plastic. Very happy with my purchase for a full size spare and center cap.

Giant waste of time ordering from them first they told me the product I was ordering would fit but it didnt and then when I tried to get help figuring out what the correct part was the staff that was messaging with me just quit responding super unhelpful and frustrating. Youre better off ordering from people that actually want to help and can give you some actual information

Not only did they have the refurbished wheels I'd been looking for, their prices were better than other online resellers -- even factoring in cross-country shipping costs. Before ordering, I called to ask about details and inventory options, and received very good support from the service rep. The wheels arrived in excellent shape from shipping, and were exactly as specified upon inspection. I definitely recommend this business.

I got the wrong wheel. I think it was a 3 rd party purchase . I did have a website chat with a rep before buying because the one in the photo looked chrome. They confirmed that it was painted silver. The website had a silver one and I got a black. Was offered a return. Or for 65 more i could get the one I paid for. I'm probably going to keep it and paint it silver. I really shouldn't have to do anything but going to the ups store is a chore now a days, and a hour or more of my time. It's hard to say don't purchase from them but I for shure won't be. Good luck

I purchased a New Single 22" 22x9 Alloy Wheel for Cadillac Escalade ESV [protected] Machined Grey Replacement OEM Quality ALLOY RIM from Santa Ana Wheel about a month ago. This rim is not actually OEM spec for this vehicle and you cannot use your factory center caps, as the drilled center bore is actually for the older model. I spoke with two individuals, the first claimed that replica wheels can be hit or miss with center caps. Both promised to look into it, but would not call back, I have also used live chat twice, but they have only acknowledged the issue, not agreed to make it right, and I sent a letter and waited another week for any kind of solution at all with no response across all fronts. After some research, I discovered that this replica is actually for a [protected] Escalade and the bored out hole only fits the old GM center caps with the previous logo and design. I relied on Santa Ana Wheel to do right and at least respond to my 5 attempts at a resolution. I do not recommend Santa Ana Wheel. Find a reputable provider who will actually stand by the products they sell.
