2 months without answer begins to sow doubt as to the honesty of Travelgenio, can we suggest that this is a Travelgenio scam that is selling tickets without transferring them to the airlines?
in June I bought 1 ticket to Travelgenio which has not been transfered to the airline and I was obliged to buy an other ticket at the airport -Means I paid 2 times my fly . - custumer service just gave me this # 4437942 -since end of june - and no more answer to my messages to "cust.[protected]@travelgenio.com" which to day don't exist any more -

Complained about my refund, I bought a flight ticket for me and my husband, but they voluntarily cancel the flight, so, I choosed to just cancel and refund the ticket, they said, they will deduct 30 euro for each ticket for refund.2610 British pounds are the total cost of the 2 ticket.But instead of giving back my refund of 2, 610 British pounds, ( exlusive of 30 euro for each ticket)only received 2480 Pounds.
I should receive 2550 pounds .

Can't get invoice from Travelgenio and being ignored by Customer Service
I used Travelgenio to book a flight within South Africa, Johannesburg to Mthatha 2 August 2021 and returned on 3 August 2021. A month has passed since my trip and I'm still being ignored by customer service after emailing them twice a week for a month. Even angry emails doesn't seem to get a response. I need the invoice so that my company can reimburse me, and also to invoice the client as it is month end! I am really disappointed and utterly disgusted at the non-service I'm receiving, and Travelgenio is the worst travel agency I have ever used. REFERENCE NUMBER [protected]

Unable to cancel ticked even though I purchased Cancellation Protection
I've purchased two flight tickets using the Travelgenio website on June 28, 2021. I also added an additional fee to get the "Cancellation Protection" - that allows full refund in case I want to cancel my flight.
Now, due to Covid restrictions, I have to cancel my flight.
I tried doing this on the Travelgenio website, but the cancellation form doesn't allow getting the refund I deserve, using the Cancellation Protection".
I tried reaching Travelgenio on several email addresses and numbers found on their website and online, but no use. There's no answer, and their email addresses are unavailabe.

To whom it may concern,
This is to bring in your notice on 14th aug I find a good deal on your website for a ticket from Delhi to dubai. I tried to make the booking and when I was entering my card details a message pop up that the card is invalid (I was using an Emirates card) then I postponed my plan to book the flight tickets for the moment. But I got shocked when I received a message after an hour that AED 700 got deducted from my card. But I have never confirmed any tickets and I never got any confirmation from your travel agency too. Next day after 12 hours I got my flight tickets on my email and by that time I already confirmed my flights tickets from another website.
I called the customer service number of your travel agency . Soniya picked my call and sounds very rude and when I requested her to refund my money she informed me we will going to charge you 50 euros as a cancellation fee and before I completed she disconnected my call. Then I called my relatives who is working in airindia as per them the travel agency has voided the ticket and charges are only 350 INR. I request you to kindly initiate my full refund as I never authorise this transaction. Or I have to take a legal action against this.

Bought a ticket, but then in 2 days received an email that I will have to pay twice as much!
I bought the ticket on Travelgenio on August 10 and received a confirmation email. However, I received another email on August 11 that says that the price of the ticket has changed, and you have to pay more than twice as much now. What is this? At the time I was booking, the airline had the tickets for a slightly higher price. I booked the ticket on Travelgenio for $246. The airline (Somon Air) had the listed price as $260. Now, there are no tickets anywhere. This was supposed to be my connecting flight and because of this fraudulent company, I have to overpay almost $300 for nothing... They leave me no choice... It's a complete scam!
When called customer service, they were not helpful at all! Not listening and just repeating the same things over and over again.
I want the tickets that I booked without overpaying for your mistakes!

Bought a flight ticket, flight got canceled, never got my money back for 6 months already
I purchased a flight ticket back in March, through the airline website on 3/8/21 which led me to Travelgenio site to complete the payment. A few days after I was informed by travelgenio that the flight got canceled.
I was given the option to postpone the flight to a few days after, which didn't work for me, or request a refund.
I proceeded requesting a refund from the website of travel genio. I never got a refund, Travelgenio is avoiding me completely, hanging up in my face when I ask what the status is, claiming it would take between 12-14 weeks, in the meantime it has been 6 months, and they keep giving me the excuse that they never got my money back from the airline, I called the airline, and they told me they never got a request for refund! More than that, they never got paid from Travelgenio!
Travel genio stole 1100$ from me.
And keep avoiding from refunding me.
I paid for NOTHING..
I got scammed by travel genio.

I've booked the CX air ticket via Travelgenio from HKG to CGK on 2011-06-11. Departure date: 2021-08-15. However, the flight should be cancelled. Taking money from credit card for 6 flights instead of 2.
Booked 2flights in May but travelgenio took for six flights. My bank have said they pulled the money ftom my account illegally that evening. Got an email saying refund had been approved after I put up a terrible review. When I contacted them they said that was not the case and they have refused to do anymore for me. The cost is 2442 euro. This seems to be something they do alot. Not sure where to go next with this.
