They have done a cancellation of reservation in short notice. I had a reservation with them for a week stay and it is cancelled now just 15 days before the check-in date. I had planned my travel well in advance and a sudden cancellation is unacceptable. The reservation was done at least two months in advance. I'm travelling with my family and need an apartment with similar configuration arranged.

My mother lives in memory care at Cartell Inn of Brighton. The company is always short staffed. Laundry is never sorted so everybody has each others closed, the food is awful always cold.
