1. A few days before leaving I was informed that my outbound flight changed from a total of 14 hours in airports to 28 hours. They would do nothing to reimburse me for this.
2. When I arrived at 4AM for my 6AM flight I was told I didn't have a ticket. I was bumped to a flight the next day and they didn't notify me, and neither did the airline they booked. It cost me $100 in cab fare they would not reimburse me for. Also all of my tours that I paid for were lost because of the schedule change and they would not reimburse me for this.
3. you can't speak to anyone when these things happen - your totally on your own - they are only open for about 6 hours a day and even then - you just sit on hold for hours. No one ever answers.
4. a few days before leaving they sent an email telling me to print my hotel voucher. The only address on it said to "remit payment to" this address and it was named the same as my b&b "castle house". But it was on wrong side of the country. I had to scramble to find hotel at 10PM, they would not reimburse.
5. The next day I finally arrive at my b&b which is a construction site. They were doing sheet rock work and the walls were shaking at 8AM. In-person the b&b was much worse than the pictures. I quickly checked into a hotel in Dublin and left. They would not reimburse me for needing alternative accommodation.
