CCReservations.com review: Hotel reservation

I made a hotel reservation thinking I was dealing with the hotel. When I tried to cancel the reservation I realized I made it through reservations.com and had to cancel through them NOT the hotel. I tried 2 different phone numbers multiple times and could not get through. I finally got a live person but the phone would conveniently cut out at crucial times when she asked a question. I tried twice to cancel online and instead of cancelling I got an email saying my reservation was confirmed!
I am dealing with my credit card company (Visa Wells Fargo) but my initial call was disappointing. He gave me a number (Wells Fargo) for disputed charges that I will be calling immediately! If this doesn't work, we will be out $630.00! Such a scam!
