Norwood Inn and Suites review: Cleanliness

I reserved a room on booking.com at noorwood in and suites 1213 Dublin Grandville  rd Columbus ohio. I am very disappointed. I wasn't given the room I reserved there was trash in the hallways all the doors leading outside were broken and you couldn't get back in unless using the main entrance. My room was disgusting the carpet was filthy the sheets were dirty, the TV had no sound, the air-conditioner was broken and blowing out warm air.. there were no towels and couldn't get any because there wasn't any clean, the sink leaked and the bathroomfloorwas wet, there was no toilet paper I had to walk to the lobby to ask for some because nobody answered the phone when I called, I told them my complaints and they said the only thing they could correct right away was giving me toilet paper. The toiletries were opened and used we had no trashcan in the room and we seen a few bugs. I am very unhappy with my experience here.
