Royal Adventure Services review: Holiday packages fraud 1

I am writing to express my concern with "Royal Adventure Marketing Services" for selling us a Europe holiday package while providing false information about themselves. I purchased the package of AED 12, 500 on 28 August 2021 after receiving an invitation at Hyatt Place, Dubai West.

After realizing facts about them we immediately asked for a refund claim. The company agreed and promised to provide us a refund on 5th September 2021 but till date they have not provided us the money neither are they responding to any phone calls or emails.

I am sure they have cheated many customers in this manner. Can you please help us with this matter?
