Trader Joe's review: Fruit / veggies

At your location in Kalamazoo, Drakes Corner, over the last several months have purchased outrageously rotten packages of fruit and vegetables. Lately, it has been really bad. We don't want to leave a public comment on Google, so will bring this matter to you first.
The store has given us a credit on a package of strawberries, but it's now to the point that each time we shop and come home with groceries, multiple items are rotten. The quality is way down.
We aren't sure how many items, but it has been a good amount over the last several months. To the point that we don't want to be "that" family that complains each time we come in.
