I have been buying this product for years and it was very delicious. During the pandemic, it was not available. It has been back in the frozen food department and I have purchased at least five bags of these tenderloins. I purchased two on first occasion and thought I would try again to see if they had improved. But sorry to say they are not like the original recipe before pandemic. The chicken is stringy and chewy and the batter is lumpy and terrible. I will not purchase again and will discard that what I have already. What has happened? I hope someone reads this and gives me a response. The bags of chicken are about $8. Very disappointing.

Amy drives navy blue SUV and has also stolen money out the register and hides the stolen money in her bra! Amy has been caught smoking marijuana in parking lot before work! Amy has brought drugs to work with the intent to sell in which she has done, employees witnessed this! Amy is a drug dealer and theft, she has abused alcohol, drugs and has sex with strangers for drugs putting her 2 girls in harms way! I use to be good friends with Amy this is how I know! Amy Hannah drug dealer who steals money and teaches her 12 year old girl Amya about drugs and sex! Amy has her mommy and daddy raise Amya and Maya because Amy is too doped up to be a good half decent mother! Amy is a danger to your company and she has cussed at customers and must be terminated! Her behavior is dangerous, she stolen money from you and sold drugs at workplace! Terminate Amy Hannah she continues to steal from you and deal drugs on your property! Corporate must know about this bad employee Amy Hannah drug dealer and compulsive theft!

I was at your store with my kids and asked one of your employees if you have bread? This lady, brunette, long scar on arm, told me to look for it myself, I told her fine. I then asked her if you had a dairy section, she then tells me "to go [censored] myself you stupid [censored]" I was shocked to hear this. Then she belched and smoke came out her mouth. this employees nametag read Amy and she used cuss words in front of my little kids and was so rude just because I asked her two questions. Unacceptable behavior from a store that just recently opened in Eagan,MN 55122 next to movie theater. I asked to speak with manager and was told no manager was on duty, just employees working. Two employee at register told me the employee who cussed at me was a drug addict who lied her way to get this job. They both added that they have seen Amy smoking a pipe in parking lot and smelling of marijuana on her clothes. Her eyes were bloodshot and she did have a strong odor of smoke to her. She burped in my face, so rude and I demand that Amy be written up and or terminated for using drugs before work on work premises and using profanity at customers with extremely rude behavior. I will contact corporate about this and Amy being on drugs working! Shameful! This store is in Eagan next to movie theater, Taco bell, Target, on Cliff lake road, 55122. Trader Joes.

Amy has been selling drugs such as methamphetamine, cocaine, molly, extasy, heroin, marijuana and others. Amy has two girls under the age of 14 and showed them how to use drugs and about sex. Amy Hannah has had strangers over her house mostly drug dealers and she has sex for drugs! Amy has track marks on her arms LOOK closely at her arms and you WILL see scared dots from needle drugs she injected into herself (heroine!). Amy is a drug dealer and has sex for drugs, ask her mommy and daddy for they get their drugs from Amy their own daughter! Amy had stolen alcohol from "Big Top discount liquor in Eagan, her picture is still on the wall for everybody to see! Amy is also an alcoholic and a bad mother who refuses to take care of them! Amy taught her 2 girls Amya and Maya sex, drugs and allows the grandparents to physically abuse the girls because Child Protective Services came to their house multiple times (4 times they have been called) due to Amy unable to take care of her kids so she had her parents raise and hit them with spoons or by hand, physical abuse! Her parents raise them for her so Amy can sleep with strangers for drugs and then she uses those drugs in front of her kids. Neighbors seen this too many times! Amy Hannah is an unfit mother, drug dealer and drug addict. Amy has intent to sell illegal drugs almost daily! Amy is a danger to your company and her kids!

Have purchased the Pizza Margherita for years, excellent product! However, purchases over the past few months show a seriously degraded product. They've cut back tomato sauce on the pizza by about 70%, making for a dry, tasteless meal. Also, they've changed the internal product wrapper to one with holes punched throughout the wrapper. This has caused a layer of ice on top of the pizza when removed from the freezer. What once was great is now a soggy, tasteless mess.

This mahi mahi burgers were great once upon a time. I am not sure if it has to do with the very quiet Conagra acquisition of TJs, however, the mahi mahi is nothing like it use to be. The 2nd ingredient is canola oil which is high in Omega 6 and is pro inflammatory. Why would you take fish (naturally high in Omega 3 and make it unhealthy not to mention greasy and flavorless? I wont be buying these anymore.

Even before the store in HP opened, I have ALWAYS had great check out experiences with the staff throughout the city. They are friendly, personable, upbeat and make eye contact when interacting with you. Today's experience, not so much. I had my own bag with groceries, keys and other personal items in it while I shopped. When I approached Dorian at check out, she never made eye contact but proceeded to abrasively reach for my bag, asking if I needed a bag as I loaded my items onto the check out shelf. When I told her I had other personal items in the bag, Dorian, without any eye contact robotically proceeded to ask if I was paying with cash or card. When I asked Dorian about making eye contact and pointed out that I had been visiting this store longer than she had been working her she replied "I'll bet." Another team member, Isaac enters looking confused as to what was going on. He proceeded to bag my items while Dorian proceeded to tell him "she wants to bag her own groceries" which was not true. While Isaac was doing his job at bagging, Dorian continued to interfere with the bagging process. I did report this to a female staff person at the service desk who said she would have a talk with Dorian. I wanted to put it in writing that this is the first time I have encountered rude and unprofessional behavior from any personnel at any Trader Joe's. I realize the times we are in with good help being hard to find but Dorian did not display the character of the Trader Joe's trademark. Maybe she was having a bad morning but I could not let this pass without speaking to it. I will be on the lookout to not check out at Dorian's register when in the Hyde Park store. Thank you.

Each time I visit Trader Joe's I have noticed that a product that we really like has been discontinued. The most recent is the gluten free pretzels. These were the BEST! I along with many friends are so disappointed! Wondering why they have stopped stocking these and if they could PLEASE bring them back!

Other items that have gone off the shelves are the sun dried tomatoes in bags, Beer bread mix, broccoli/cauliflower patties, ...

Why are these all discontinued?!

I purchased your key lime pie for the first time and was very dissatisfied, it was mostly crust and the filling was dry. i love most of your food but this was not worth the price, i went to the manchester store which is 30 minuetes from my home

Went to Phila, PA store on 4/25/22 for my favorite mustard….better than the rest…Trader Joe’s spicy brown mustard. It wasn’t there! I asked an employee and she said you stopped making it! What?! You’ve had it for years. I use it for cooking and on food. It’s better than any others I’ve had. PLEASE BRING BACK YOUR SPICY BROWN MUSTARD!

There were two small. tough pieces of beef. You should be ashamed. About 80% is crust. I like crust but not just crust. When you lable as steak their should be more than two pieces the size of my thumb nail.

I was director of Quality Assurance for a major food retailer for 50 yrs. I would be totally disgusted to provide a product as poor quality as your FZ Shepard 16 oz , no code.

It consisted of mashed watered down mashed potatoes, a few vegetables, and little ground beef.

I have enjoyed many of your products but this is a disgrace. I think you need to reformulate and find another packer of this product. Try Marie Callendar Shepard pie, a real quality product.

Dear TJ person,
I have always loved the Seville orange marmalade and it has now been discontinued! POOEY!
If you have any in your warehouses, would it be possible to buy ten jars from your stores?
You discontinued the soy creamer and the amazing citrus vinegars and now my favorite marmalade. I have been really disappointed numerous times.
You get us hooked and then you let us down. :(

Hi! I purchased the trader Joe's Atlantic Salmon fillet, and got poisoned with salmonella. Not only the aftermath has been hospitalization, acute allergy, hives, dehydration due to the horrible food poisoning and time and money wasted, I haven't been able to regain appetite after a week. Mentioning this for possibility of recall. Please be mindful of who you're buying this from. This venture almost turned lethal.

I use to fill my cart and it has continually gone down .. last week I left with 2 items as everything I loved has been discontinued… the last straw was the Traditional Meat Loaf . They brought back the Frozen Chicken cutlets that were always in my freezer, I was delighted until I opened the bag to find horror anemic looking bumpy chicken … brought back … When something's not broken don't fix it … You kept the Bon Bons out of the store for months enough time to send us to buy Doves new Minis … I like them better .. shouldn't have withheld yours … I went to Stew Leonard's yesterday where I filled my cart including Mrs Leonard's Meat Loaf … it was delicious .. my dogs love your treats but I will be slowly switching them to treats they have in the Pet Boutique in town where she has no intentions of discontinuing her treats … I no longer trust TJ's and it's about 5 miles away to find nothing that you intended to get .

After work I decided to stop by Trader Joe's to pick up a few items from the store when checking out the cashier was extremely rude she did not greet me, was engaged with another coworker that was bagging for her at her register, did not give me my total amount at The end of my transaction. I had to ask what the total was and if it was OK to make the payment. Upon leaving she rolled her eyes I've never felt so uncomfortable and disrespected checking out of a store. I asked if Management could please provide her with Customer service training

You recently changed the recipe for Norwegian crisp bread. The new product Is totally insipid and needless to say, disappointing. Tastes almost like something that's been sitting in my cupboard for a couple of years. Please bring back the old recipe.

You may have changed just a few ingredients (I read the list) but the outcome is significantly inferior in taste.)

Every time I buy bananas from your store, (Chiquita brand) they are invariably spoilt from inside. That's one of the reasons I try not to buy fresh fruits from your store. A few days ago, once again I bought 4 Chiquita bananas from your store only to be upset to see them all rotten from inside the same day. (Pictures attached of the bananas and receipt.) What's going on? I must have bought bananas from you many times, or have my friend buy from there, and I confess I have never had the opportunity to eat them because of they were rotten. I am very angry.

Not only I need to be compensated, but also want to see that you have strict quality control of your products. Sometimes, your muffins have fungus also. It's unbelievable that a reputable store like yours can damage your image by selling rotten products.
