Recently we purchased 4 cans of the above. After heating for a sufficient period of time (as done in the past) the beans were uneatable because they were very hard. It appears the beans were under processed(cooked) before they went into the can. In the past we have purchased these beans and many other Trader Joe's products and never had a problem.

I have purchased the Mushroom Risotto many times in the past, but the last one or two have been very unsatisfactory. The rice is different, it is very salty and there is not enough sauce to cover the rice. It also seems there is less product in the bag even tho the weight says 1 lb. Will not be buying it anymore and am questioning buying any more of the Giotto's product.

Your flowers are manhandled, not given enough water, not fresh, and the latest 3 bundles of carnations I bought opened up 1/2 dead (what's THAT about? half the blooms are shriveled up and the other 1/2 didn't bloom fully)
and the astroemeria have been so over-bred that even in a tall vase the stems are so thin that they fall over, collapse. They're often stressed from drying out because of lack of water. What a waste.
I do like the variety of choices, but you've really got to do better, use a better quality supplier and treat them better before & when you put them out. They're getting worse all the time.

I went in today to the store today and admittedly, I was in a hurry. I didn't realize I had parked on the ramp for carts to go roll down and was made aware over the loudspeaker. I went to the front desk to apologize because I didn't realize what I had done. I asked if I could check out since I was almost finished shopping. I grabbed my last item quickly and got into the express lane and paid for my items. I went to acknowledge the grace that was given because I was totally in the wrong and I was met with a disturbing scowl from the very same person I had apologized to for the mistake. I have been a customer of trader joes easily for 10 or more years and I have always chosen TJ's over large chain grocery stores because of the customer service. I was sincerely caught off guard and completely uncomfortable.

Traders Joe's carries some items which are demanded by the customers and it is the reason they return to patronize the market. When items are discontinued they have to go elsewhere. I have been shopping at TJ's for over 30 years and have become dependent on certain items for my health and well being. I talked to many customers and they would like you to continue this item.

It happened to me 3 rd time that I bought flowers at TJ's and some of the flower stems are encapsulated in plastic . I wished you would stop selling these flowers . We got rid of plastic straws and you can't get rid of the straws around the flowers ? They are an environmental hazard. At least you should mark the plastic somewhere on the outside packaging, so i can avoid them when I buy flowers .

I purchased the veggie wrap with hummus for lunch today from the granada hills trader joes and it had a fly in it. The box was still sealed and never opened so i would belive it a manufactoring issue. I would like a refund or gift card or some sort to continue shopping just wanted to inform trader joes. It was a bug of some sort. Please let me know how we can resolve. [protected]@gmail.com

Today I purchased an 18 oz. container of Organic Pea Protein Powder. When I got home and opened the container, the powder barely filled half of the container. This is false advertising and specifically done to lead the consumer to believe he is getting a full container of powder. As a 30 year TJ's customer, I've never experienced this type of fraud and I find it upsetting. Please see pictures below. This container should be half the size so the customer is fully aware how much powder they are actually purchasing. I'm VERY disappointed in TJ's.

I went to Traitors joe store on 93 st & Columbus ave nyc today June 18 20021 & by getting out at 11 am tripped on the empty shopping card which was standing in a middle of the exit room & no one worker pushed it to the wall. despite standing by.
I fell & hurt my left foot & ankle.
Had to take taxi home to west 96 st, limping & staying home with ice on my swollen leg, can't walk, have to cancel all my plans & hope to get better without going to emergency room .

I love Trader Joe's, but when you removed the green signs for organic products, it made it so much more difficult to find them. I have to put on my reading glasses to check out all the signs. Please bring back the green signs!

I have just heard that TJ's, in light of new CDC guidance, is going to allow un-masked customers to come into stores. While, at the same time, requiring its employees to wear masks all shift long. This CDC guidance is just that, it is not mandatory by any means. Other retail chains are NOT doing this, they are continuing to require masking of customers until later at such time they feel that Covid is more under control for the protection of customers and employees.

I am very pissed off with TJs. At least during the past year, with masks required of customers, I felt a modicum of safety while shopping at your stores in Northern California, as I wore my mask like everybody else. Now, you are allowing unvaccinated, unmasked people into stores with no control on numbers inside the stores. Even though I'm vaccinated, I still have up to a 10% chance of becoming infected with Covid. I am in a higher risk age and health category. You are risking my health and that of millions of your other customers who have done their community duty and become vaccinated for the protection of all -- for what? To enable those vacccine and mask refuseniks to now come into your space to potentially infect me and others. The number of unvaccinated in this country is still huge. No doubt in every one of your stores, symptomatic and asymptomatic infected customers will be in the aisles, without masks. I ask you to reconsider this decision, and postpone this policy change until more of the population is vaccinated. Until there is more population vaccination, this 20-year + customer is no longer bringing my weekly shopping to TJs.

I have been a customer of your stores for many years, and never had a problem until now. I purchased your beef shepherds pie and was looking forward to a nice supper. I have only one comment "WHERES THE BEEF" On the list of ingredients potatoes should be listed first, there was NO gravy, NO vegetables, and only a few shreds of beef. The container was 95% potatoes. I was hoping to get what was pictured on the box, but not even close. This meal was a complete disappointment and a waste of money.

There is almost no hazelnut (seriously only drops) between the cookies which in the photo show a substantial amount (like an Oreo) and claims "...made with ground hazelnuts with a creamy Chocolate hazelnut center"

With a "Sell by JUL 28 21 B 2 "

Bought three boxes across two stores in LA and one just now in Oakland CA. Same lot of cookies I presume.
