My 2024 Toyota RAV4 XLE was towed to Steet Toyota of Yorkville on May 6, 2025, and over three weeks later I still have no diagnosis, no repair timeline, and virtually no communication from the dealership.
I have repeatedly attempted to contact my service advisor, James, but my calls have gone unanswered and messages have not been returned. I have been left completely without transportation during this time and have not been offered a loaner vehicle or rental assistance despite the excessive delay.
What is most frustrating is the lack of transparency and customer service. I understand that repairs can sometimes take time, but leaving a customer without updates for weeks is unacceptable — especially for a 2024 vehicle. This situation is now negatively affecting my career and daily responsibilities because I do not have reliable transportation.
I am extremely disappointed in the handling of this situation by Steet Toyota of Yorkville and hope Toyota Corporate will intervene to ensure proper communication, accountability, and customer support moving forward.
