I bought a 2023 Toyota Cron XLE sedan. Took it to West Kendall Toyota, Miami FL to perform routine maintenance. There were 2 opened recalls for the car and both were done. 6 days after the car experience a mayor issue with the transmission and the whole hybrid system, resulting in the battery damaged. The part was requested on 03/05 and as of 04/08/2026 there is no ETA yet. I have called the dealership several times and they don't know nothing about the part. Contacted Toyota Brand Engagement and as per Gilberto, his job is to document my calls and get information from the dealership !. Customer service is poor and very limited; they do not offer any information nor do contact all the parts involved in this situation. Their advice: wait.

04/10 Dealer's service manager called me early to let me know there is no ETA yet.
Toyota Brand Engagement updated the ETA to mid April. Not sure where they got that ambiguous response, since the source of information is the dealership.
