That is not acceptable and unfair for the owner who spent $50k and their remote is garbage it only works when you are close the car to restart . Every year since I bought my RAV 4 XLE the apps and remote itself are not working( its stressful) especially on winter I need to make an appointment to fix it and of course another charge. Now they want you to pay the apps charging you almost monthly for $11, so you can restart your car while you are inside the building. NOT HAPPY FOR TOYOTA.
Recommendation: I will never recommend Toyota to anyone.
