I am really upset with tmobile. I have called tmobile to see if they could lower my bill. I spoke with Kayla who told me yes we can lower it but you will need to go to the essential plan and that will get your bill down from 187.42 to 147.42 but I would lose Netflix. I agreed because that would be a 40 dollar savings. Kayla advised me ok. Im going to note everything on the account but you will need to call back on October 7th because you do not want to get hit with a pro-rated bill. She said when you call back also tell them do not remove the promotions. I agreed and said thank you I will call back. I called back on October 7th and spoke to Kimberly and she saw all the notes that Kayla left so she proceeded to do the changes making sure that my promotions do not fall off. That same day I received a text message stating one of my promotions fell off so I called back the next day October 9th and spoke to another person name Kayla as well as her manager Demitre and they advised me that my promotions are still there but you are not saving any money in fact you will be paying the same if not a little bit more and with the new plan not only do I pay more but they took away Netflix. I told them that's not what I wanted and I don't care about losing Netflix as long as I am saving money. The manager said we'll that's not what she did and im sorry you were misinformed. He advised me that he would change back my plan and give me a 20 dollar credit for the next year and that this month I would pay 150 dollars that includes tax and then the next month and every month after that my bill would be 167.42 and I could get Netflix back after November 8th. They guaranteed me my bill would not go up and that moving me back to the magenta plan is the best option because the essential would not save anything. I woke up this morning to now seeing my bill higher than what I was paying. I need this fixed immediately.
