I am a former Tmobile customer and after many months they have been unable to get my phone/service up and running and my phone hasn't worked properly for a very long time. Tech support never followed up to figure out why I can't use the phone, why it keeps freezing, will call from a google number instead of my actual phone number preventing me from being able to conduct personal and business communications. I gave them ample time to fix this and not one time was anything fixed, rebate of bill, NOTHING. So I left and simply want to mail the phone back to them, as it doesn't work. I will NOT pay for a service that doesn't work and they could care less about fixing any issue and think I'm going to continue to pay this bill. THEY are in violation of the terms of the contract not me and as a journalist I can't be without a properly working phone. I'm done calling dozens and dozens of time to coporate and been to the store more than that and NOTHING was resolve.
Desired outcome: Just take the piece of junk phone back and no attempt to collect ANY fees for a damaged product and service.

I am a former T-Mobile customer for over 6 years going on 7. I was out of country for over 3 months due to medical issues and was not able to access my T-Mobile account since where I was could not and therefore my mobile data was cancelled due to non-payment. I was able to use wireless using my phone but not the data since the data network in my country is way outdated. Now I came back and started making payments on my account, hoping to have my service restored. When I opened my account there was a due balance there to pay. So with all that, I paid the due balance hoping to get something. Now I called Customer Service after being hold for some time and got no assistance at all. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was then put on hold again and the line went dead. Even if you are a loyal customer for over 5 years, you still get your lines cancelled without your knowledge.
