10/12/2020 around 14:15 As I walked into the store I was greeted not so nice. Because I'm petite. She the employee (Judy) greeted me welcome "Shorty". I felt being judged because I was short. I want to be treated with respect going into a store where I shop. I shop there at least once or every other week. Employee needs to be trained on how to respect customers. This is called harassment. I was told to call company to see why check denied that is outrageous since I have sixteen thousand currently in my checkbook and was humiliated in store never happened to me in my 64 years! Why would I have to call the imbeciles who put me in this position? Was told by customer service that's my only option I have been a loyal customer for many years and this is the kind of treatment I receive I will be sure to let all of my more influential associates know exactly how I was treated!

My online account has been blocked over a year ago, I contacted tjmaax customer service more than 20 times since and they refuse to unblock it
I opened one on the name of my husband after placing 2-3 orders successfully they also blocked it.
I called again and talked to two different managers Kat and Lori but nothing had been done.
I fell like my right as a consumer has been taken away from me

I was shopping today at TJ Max in Middletown, NJ, Route 35 waiting in line to check out there were two registers right in front of me one was open. The young woman on register 6 specifically was open, but chose to ignore me and another African American woman behind me and continue talking to to young woman on the closed register. Meanwhile the woman on register 5 kept looking over at me and turning her head. Just as soon as myself and the African American woman behind me were called over to other registers, register 6 took the next person in line who was Caucasian. I know they think they got away with their behavior, but I was so upset I went back into the store to register my observation/complaint with the manager, Ashley. I think she could have cared less, but attempted to apologize. However it does no good if it is not called to the young women's attention about their behavior. I shop at TJ Maxx all the time, but will not continue with this type of treatment.

I bought a plastic, see through make up organizer. The three stickers meshed to the plastic will not come off. Why is there such strong adhesive on products that are clear? I can't get the glue off ... and now it's ruined! What am I supposed to do with this? It looks terrible because of the stickers. I ordered a down coat from Tjmaxx on November 12th and paid for 2 day delivery. Needless to say, here we are at November 16th still no coat! However, I did call yesterday (November 15th) to confirm when I should receive my purchase. I was told Monday, November 18th at 8:00 pm. I told the rep that was unacceptable since I paid for a 2 day delivery. I asked to speak to a supervisor who was nice enough to waive the shipping and give me a $25.00 gift certificate for my troubles. She also promised that my package will be received Saturday, November 16th and said a FedEx person would give me a call. I was so foolish not to ask the name of this "so called" supervisor. I, of course, called customer service today and they are closed on Saturdays. Hysterically? Not really. A terrible way to do business. Once I receive my purchase, my plan is to return it and get a full refund!
