I gotta say, Simons is a pretty decent place to shop. I mean, the prices are pretty good and you can usually find some pretty sweet deals. But, I gotta be honest, sometimes the meats aren't exactly fresh. It's not like they're completely rotten or anything, but sometimes they're just not as fresh as they could be. It's a bit of a bummer, but it's not a deal breaker for me. I still shop there pretty regularly and I've never had any major issues. Overall, I'd say Simons is a solid choice if you're looking for affordable prices and decent quality. Just maybe skip the meat section if you're looking for something super fresh.

The first thing that I noticed about Simons was how disorganized everything was. The store was a mess and it was hard to find anything. The staff didn't seem to care about helping me find what I was looking for. They were too busy talking to each other and ignoring the customers.

When I tried to return it, the staff was rude and unhelpful. They didn't want to give me a refund and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them.

Simons is a terrible website. I ordered a large for my father-in-law's Christmas gift, but they didn't send it. Now they say they're out of stock, so he won't be getting his gift. I'm so disappointed and frustrated with their service. I will never order from them again. Honestly, if I could give them a 0 rating, I would. It's just not worth the hassle and disappointment.

So, I finally got my package from Simon's after waiting for what felt like forever. I mean, I get it, things take time, but come on, four weeks to ship? That's a bit much. And the only update I got was an email saying it had shipped. No tracking number or anything.

But, I will say that the items I ordered were pretty good quality. I got a couple of shirts and a pair of pants, and they all fit well and looked nice. So, I guess the wait was worth it in the end.

Overall, I'm not sure if I would order from Simon's again. The quality of the items was good, but the shipping process was just too slow and lacking in updates. Maybe if they improve that, I'll give them another shot.

I finally got through to someone on the phone and they were able to help me track down my package. It turns out it was stuck in a sorting facility and they were able to get it moving again. I appreciate the effort they put in to help me out, but it was frustrating to not get a response to my initial attempts at contact. Overall, I like shopping at Simons for their unique selection of clothing and home goods, but I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
