Tim Hortons review: trying to order.

When my mother and I pulled up to order we we're sitting for a good 5 mins listening to the cashier talking to her co workers and not asking for a our order. She held up the whole line and there was a good 10 people behind us. Screaming for the line to move. Extremely disappointing. It's should be faster through the take out then to go inside! Once we placed our order we had to repeat it twice because she wasn't paying attention.
