Tim Hortons review: the store and the employees

I live on the same block as this tim hortons downtown. I am not the only person who complains about this tim hortons. I have heard from almost everyone who has gone there that its hands down the worst tim hortons they or I have ever been to. The location is extremely slow service no matter what time or day of the week. The coffee is always luke warm. I have tried multiple times to get a "new" chicken sandwich and am still yet to get one. they always claim its too early or too late to make it. Tonight I went in at 920 when they close at 10pm. I wanted a sandwich. After waiting a good 5 minutes at the front to get someones attention someone finally came up. They told me there is no burgers and no samdwiches at all. They told me everything had been put away. This is at 9:25pm. So I go walk and peek at the sandwich section to see it has not been put away at all. I told her the turkey bacon club I wanted doesnt even need to be cooked at all. She let out a big sigh and said she guesses she can make it for me. Only after realizing I caught her bold face lieing to me.
The employees at this location are absolutely horrible. All of them. They are incredibly slow and not one of them ever wants to work or actually serve you. Almoat every time I go in its a task to get someones attention. I am sure this isnt the first complaint you have received about this location.
Ita sad because I live in the apartment on the same city block but absolutely hate attending this location for anything even though I love tim hortons as a whole. I only go there when everything else is closed and everytime I have an absolutely horrendous experience. Multiple friends of mine also have never had anything good to say about this location when they have gone there.

You're management needs to take a serious look at this location because its killing your brand.
