Tim Hortons review: tea biscuits and wifi and huge pothole in drive thru

I have asked at this Tim Hortons for years about not making any cheese tea buscuits and raisin tea biscuits (it used to be they didn't let anyone do more than one order because of taxes but that has been resolved). I have to get a coffee and go to another Tim Hortons to get these items. All of the other Tims does it why not this one. There is a huge pot hole in the drive thru and nothing has been done for weeks. What is wrong with whoever is in charge there. Someone needs to follow up on their practices. I have saved the most setting for last. I go to Tim Hortons so much every day all over the city and beyond ie Toronto etc. This Tim Hortons doesnt have WIFI . Tim Hortons of all places When my son told me I was shocked. So after all of these other things happening and nothing changing when he told me that as he was waiting to go to another job I thought I would mention that. Please have someone change these things. Doesn't look good for Tim Hortons. Thank you.
