Tim Hortons review: staff behaviour

This restaurant have some really rude associates working there. They don't pay attention to mobile order. Every time I order 10-15 minutes in advance and when I go there my order still will not be ready.
They don't even know if they have any mobile order when I ask them for mine.
They should be more attentive to customer instead of taking to each other.
The owner should come here in evening n see how they treat their customers.
They touch broom/dustpans n help customer at the same time.
