So it's been always that the manager and the staff have been rude to us. Me and my friend went there and bought a chicken burger and wanted toasted and they got angry when they serve us when we said it is not toasted and said that "we don't toast" didn't even say sorry just handed it to us. Our orders for coffee was not even full and just half and just recently when me and my family went there in at drive thru the drive thru person was rude, we were ordering food and "sad" just a moment, my dad didn't notice she/he said that and give her an attitude and a different tone saying "JUST A MOMENT!" It was 5:30pm on December 27, 2019
