Tim Hortons review: Service

Today, October 8th, 2023, 10:am to 10:15, I visited the Tim Hortons at 33500 Plymouth Rd, Livonia, MI. I ordered #7 meal, with a large coffee and an extra hashbrown. It usually comes to $9 something. This location charged 11.99, so I asked, politely, to check and was told it was 11.99, and I asked please to check, again, and a shorter Latino woman stepped in and rudely told me 11.99, and check it, then angrily came to the window and said 10 dollars. Rather than argue, I paid it and then they handed me a small coffee and when I said I asked for a large, she blew up at me, before I could say I'd pay extra, (even though the 10 was an overcharge, I was still being nice) she took it, then turned back and handed again to me, saying this is the size it comes with, and I said I won't be back to this location, and she screamed at me Don't ever come back, we don't want you back! I was shocked and calmly said I will report this and she screamed go ahead and report it. I have never been treated like this in any place or window, and am usually considered a kind and considerate person. I hate to complain, but this woman should not be serving people and representing such a good company. I thought you should be aware of her behavior. This is awful.

Today is October 8th. I didn't write this morning, afterwards because I wasn't home all day. It's a shame I can't go there any more. It was a terrible experience. Hopefully she didn't affect the new trainee and other employees. Or any other kind customers. No receipt was given.
